In ‘Let’s demonstrate Malaysian solidarity’ , this is what RPK reported :

The team of lawyers is offering a reward of RM10,000 to anyone who can deliver evidence of fraud and/or vote-buying that leads to a conviction. I would do it for free but if some of you are more concerned with filling your pockets rather than fight for a better Malaysia — just like the Barisan Nasional politicians we are trying to kick out — then this is the opportunity for you to make some money.’

Let me make one correction and say that it is not a team of lawyers that is making this offer but a group of concerned citizens who are determined to protect our electoral process.

People, you have to be the eyes and ears at this elections.

But to be effective. you must know what the Election Offences Act, 1954 prohibits and declares to be offences. To help you, listed below are sections of this Act, in PDF, which describe what are the things that elections officers, candidates, their agents, and voters cannot do.

I will not have the time to explain these offences.

What you need to do is to download these documents, take your time to read and understand what you can, so that you are armed with enough knowledge and you will be able to recognise such offences when they are committed before your very eyes.

When you notice such offences being committed, try and get one other person to also note the same. Then lodge police reports. If you do not want to go to the police, then make statutory declarations detailing what you have just witnessed ( Place, time, persons involved, activity observed, other witnesses ). In either case, have your police reports or statutory declarations sent to catchthelectionfraudsters@gmail.com . This will serve as the repository for all such evidence and will enable the team of lawyers that it is hoped will bw put together to look into these cases to decide on the best course of action.

This is also an appeal to lawyers to join in this effort. We will need lawyers in every state to help as solicitors to file elections petitions after the election results have been where the evidence received from the public justifies the filing of a petition to annul the election results. If you want to lend a hand, send an e-mail to the same e-mail address stated above.

The reward.

The poster mentions phantom voters. You may also include vote-buying.

I would ask you to come forward with such information out of a sense of service and duty to the nation, and not for the money. If, however, it is the money that motivates you, please take note that the information must be such as will lead to the conviction of those involved, and is only payable upon such conviction.
