You may begin to ask questions that may not please the powers that be.
That Navel Gazer has been at it again and it left him pondering this question.
‘The question is, why the hoo-haa over something which is so irrelevant and unsubstantiated? And to the Honourable Attorney General and the IGP, why are you all investigating Raja Petra for what he believes? What makes his belief so relevant?
Or is there something more to all these? One wonders’

Well, RPK has the highest visited blog in the country. It reaches up to a million per day during 308. So getting hot and bothered about it is actually legit. BUT the problem is as the say is why NOT just clear the air with facts
1) Does Rosmah have a good alibi during Altantuya murder
2) Where was Najib during the time Razak and her was in France?
3) Where did the C4 come from and how and more importantly WHY?
There are just too many question not to smell like something was wrong done by Najib & Co.

You mean ‘Ribut dalam chawan teh” or ‘Storm in a tea-cup’.
No, it’s much more than that.
The really telling point is that the AG should file a report for possible defamation and that the IGP should be taking statements from Rosmah when they should be investigating if the allegations have any element of truth. Who’s interest should they be thinking of – the People’s and Justice, or the rich, connected and powerful?
This is like the ACA investigating the writer of poison-pen letters and not those who might have accepted bribes.
The wheels of justice move but excedingly slow in Tanah Ayer Ku.

RPK’s emphasis in his SD is that AAB and subsequently, KJ had information pertaining to the case which implicates NTR’s spouse and others as well.
RPK also indicated that a certain ruler (sultan?) had received a copy of the military intel report.
The AG and IGP are ‘investigating’ and getting statements from all and sundry.
I’m waiting for the announcement as to which ruler has been approached by the authorities on this matter.
It may shed some light on the veracity of RPK’s beliefs.

If a Police Report on Lawyer assaulting Clients can be silent for months. Why it is so swiftly when so
many parties are involved? If such swiftness and sincerity in investigation and also prosecution should
have been for the case of Altantuya, will it be still hanging in the air?
The Judge had given her assurance that “Justice” be observed in Court when after 3 years that the
Plaintiff started to input their first Issue for Trial if the document are defamatory! But the document were
repeatedly refused to be in the Bundle! “Justice” will be observed when the Lawyer for the Defendants
had been idling the work for one good whole year without even going to court! “Justice” be uphold when
letters to Judge confirmed not in the obligation to reply!
RPK is not starting a Cup of Espresso, but a spot under the Magnifier!!
I see my “cup of espresso” in court, with lawyers and judges in concert!

Just hypothesising here so could be off tangent of course….but say one were in military intelligence…. would one not be seriously…er….thick?…not to pass very sensitive information to one’s Supreme Commander first before anyone else?

The AG and the IGP seem to be barking up the wrong trees!
Have they found out who gave the order to the Immigration Department to expunge all information as regards to Alantuya’s entnry into the country. This alone amounts to a conspiracy to hide the intention to terminate her using C4.
Has the investigation (if there was one) by the PDRM and Army revealed who gave the order for the acquisition of the C4 that was used to blow up Alantuya to pieces. This method of getting rid of the body was hatched, I presume, to leave no traces of the person who had entered the country.
Have the AG and the IGP questioned the PM, DPM and KJ about PKR’s SD about their knowledge and activities of the three persons mentioned who were at the scene of the crime, especially the C4 expert who used his expertise to place the explosives at strategic places.
What a humane way to practise his expertise?
Who was the mastermind who came up with such an idea?
I believe the above are relevant questions that need to be addressed if the government is interested in justice and fairplay.
We should not have different laws for the same crime, one for the VVIP with connections and the other for the poor rakyat.
The BN under Mamakthir who usurped the powers of the judiciary and made it impotent did not believe in fairplay. Would the BN under AAB practise it by not interfering in the investigation and the judiciary? Too early to tell!

I hope Dr Sharibuu will bring this case to the International Criminal Court in the Hague,Netherlands.Trusting the govt,the judiciary and the police we are having now,getting justice for Altantuya will be almost nil.Here,in Bodohland,whistleblowers are threaten and put in jail while some suspects walk free.Unless Altantuya’s family is ready to accept some kind of compensation and put the whole case behind and continue with their lives,then going to ICC is the only choice left if they wanted to see the murderers punished.
