Sorry Dr. Whatever. Although I am a non-believer, I did go to Church due to family/friends pressure and guess what, Church tell everybody that Muslims are brothers. They never say their religion is better than Islam. Nobody compare religion. Only people like you did. I believe God didn’t judge everyone differently; it is the people who claim themselves as “speaker” for God.
Same when you ask Buddhist temple. The monks will welcome all religion believers. None of them show hatred!

I have seen Muslim who wrote arabic words in paper like a spell and used to cure sickness like heart attack, liver cancer and etc. To use it, flush it in water and drink.
Well, in old Chinese-style, they wrote the spell in paper and burn it, and dump that burning into water, and drink it. It is their way of curing sickness!
I wonder when you change your religion from your ancestor to today, do you upgrade your understanding along the way? Or just maintain the same believe and ritual? Only different God, different power?
I am a non believer, but I am sure Christian will bless you. RPK will bless you. Monk will bless you. Anak Anak Bangsa Malaysia all will bless you.

I’m glad RPK remains logical after spending time in Kamunting. Whether that holds up in court (civil or syariah) will be left to be seen in the next chapter but his logical & rational view of Islam must surely rattle people like the ustazes and the Dr Sids of the world.

“Buddhism doesn’t brag about how great our religion teaching is. Please check your facts… I am not going to sue you for defamation because by right we should have freedom of speech even though this country is not practicing it properly. I will also forgive you for that statement you made against temples which are not true.
Buddhism teaching is always about thinking with an open mind and free yourself from suffering… of course much more but nothing buddhism teaches about attacking anybody even your enemy. Buddhism taught us to be still and calm thus we meditate.
I assume you are a Doctor, you shouldn’t be ignorant. I hope fellow Muslim who doesn’t know about Buddhism will understand about Buddhism teaching. We’re no enemy and we respect your religion and your teaching but don’t inflict the bad on us.
I recall my friend was once a UKM student and it was compulsory to take up Islam subject in UKM be it Muslim or not. She’s a chinese by the way and from the Islam classes there were lots of discrimination taught towards other religion and it is true how the lecturer would brag about Islam’s supremacy. How can a lecturer be teaching other religion student how great is it to be Islam as though other religion is not? I don’t suppose it is very respectful.”
I would like to also add, I am aware that not all Ustaz teach that way or discriminate other races but THERE ARE such cases and I’ve heard plenty of times be it from Muslim or non Muslim! Thing is most Muslim will come together be united to fight against the issue and anybody who goes against any of them are consider betrayal.
Dr. Sid, my point is, you are one of the Muslims that got united with the rest and RPK is the one going against stating some facts you may not have believe but true. I respect you for your loyalty to your religion, but you can’t ignore that there are such facts stated by RPK which you may not have seen or experience.

Ya,everyday, UMNO leaders or half past six ustaz like to show they can talk and do what they like. Funny though.I wonder can other faiths do the same? Can they tolerate if someone talk bad of their believe? Come on let’s think and do something positive.
Think as Malaysian irrespective of our background. Just put aside your believe and learn to respect others.Let’s come together and bring up our beloved country. One commentor even professed to be a Dr.but have nothing upstairs.How come they can be a doctor I wonder.
Can some critics tell the public how sure heaven is reserved for them. They forget, it is not defending your faith that God will give you a seat in heaven. It is what is in your heart that matters. You can’t cheat on God. He knows everything.
Please look at China. They also have millions of Muslims. They don’t have such problem as us. See how the country develops.If we see each one as brothers and not as enemies we should have a great headstart.
