My letter to JAKIM requesting a fatwa

Tok Guru Dato Nik Aziz seterusnya dilaporkan berkata :
“Di dalam Islam tidak mengira bangsa, apa yang penting adalah takwa kepada Allah s.w.t. Tidak kiralah bangsa apa, Cina, Melayu, India dan Arab. Tuhan hanya melihat ketakwaan seseorang itu… kerana bila kita bertakwa kita takut kepada Allah dan menjalankan tanggungjawab kita”
Kenyataan Tok Guru Nik Aziz seperti dirujuk di atas, pada pendapat saya, dengan begitu jelas menggambarkan pendirian Tok Guru bahawa konsep ketuanan Melayu serta Bumiputra / bukan Bumiputra adalah bercanggah dengan Islam.
Apakah ini benar, dan jika ya, bukankah ini bermaksud konsep ketuanan Melayu dan Bumiputra / bukan Bumiputra adalah haram disisi Islam?

Ketuanan Melayu is only a slogan/tool for Umno to hold on to power, just look at the destitute featured in TV3 reality program Bersama-mu .
While the rich Umnoputras are enjoying life with their often ill-gotten wealth, our hardcore poor Malay brothers and sisters are barely surviving.
What a bunch of opportunists and manipulators !

Betul lah tu Haris, kalau masuk Islam semuanya sama Allah suka cuma lebih atau kurang aje,
kalau tak masuk Islam namanya kafir dan tak sama dengan orang Islam
Kalau masuk Islam boleh jadi PM pasal dah sama Allah suka

haris,
god created everything including the smallest particles ever known. we are here to enhance that very creation. that is our mission my friend. do it in any way but the end result must be to further the objective of god namely enhancement of creation. that will ensure that balance and harmony prevails. as the only body of creation that has been endowed with intelligence we as humans are guardians to all of creation. now we cannot even settle issues concerning the human sphere; what more of the animals, plants and minerals. can you then see why we are as a whole are on sinking grounds. how low; manushia, can you go…..

But politican esp form KUMNO can not accept this as :
1) This is a sensitive issue. Don question the right of…….under …….contitition Sec 153
2) Non- muslim can not utter islamic word. ( This happen in M’sia only). A non muslim can wish muslim or non-muslim ” Asalamulaikum” in middile east including Saudi Arabia and Egypt. I is just a arabic langguage meaning ” May peace be w u”

As to what Ketuanan Melayu really means, I have explained it to a South African in one word, Aparthied, and he understood. To an American I said KKK, and he understood. And to a German as well as to a Jew I said, Hitler, and they understood.

Sermons in churches and prayers session in temples and quils condemn the evil of ISA.So there is no problem with this fatwa request.In fact it should have been issued much earlier without any prompting.Events happen this way as Tuhan set the cause of umno demise and this happens to be part of the script.Thy will be done.

This ketuanan thing won’t last long. The younger generation of Malays knows that this ketuanan thing is an excuse to enrich the powerfully connected UMNOputras.
Look all around us, our Malay friends and colleagues are working as hard to make ends meet.

Its great that you have taken action on getting a fatwa on this issue of Ketuanan Melayu and Bumi/nonBumi status.
I salute you.
I think this will help Islam regain its true standing as the faith that is believed by so many in the world regardless of race or class. Because I am very confident (although I am not a Muslim but understand the Abrahamic faiths) that Islam will never accept the concept of Ketuanan Melayu and Bumi/non-Bumi because it goes against the basic tenets of all Islamic teaching or the teaching of any faith be it Christian, Hindu, Buddhism etc.
This will also help us (Muslims and non-Muslims aka Malaysians) take back the true Islam away from the chauvinist and self serving UMNOputras and misguided politicians who have thus far misused Islam for their own selfish gains.
Also while you are at it, get a PAS member to send one officially to PAS.
I would suggest further that if you know of well known and respected Islamic scholars overseas, you should also send a request for an opinion/fatwa from them on this.
This will ensure that there is consistency in the Islamic faith and international support on this issue.
Its high time the true Malaysian Muslims stand up and stop the corruption of Islam by politicians (whether UMNO/PAS or Zulkifli-Kulim) and destroy our beloved nation. Lets save the Malaysia we love.
Let all Malaysians (Muslim or non Mulims) support this move as we stand for truth, justice and freedom which is consistent with Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism etc.
This is but a small step for Haris and us but could be a giant leap for Malaysia.

People please understand what Malaysia really is…
Malaysia is not entirely a single State. Malaysia is a Federations of Malay Sultanates except Penang,Malacca, Sabah and Sarawak. (But Penang was part Kedahan Sultanate, Sarawak was part of Brunei Sultanate, Sabah was part of Sulu Sultante. All are these are Malays Sultante and further there are 2 Federation territories (KL and Labuan) which are under Yang di Pertuan Agong.
For further illustration Brunei is one Malay Sultanate that did not join the Federation. Malay Sultans for example the Sultan of Perak is a sovereign ruler. Meaning He is as good as the King of Saudi or the Sultan of Brunei or like the Emir of Kuwait. These people are Landlords. Like duchies in UK for example.(Please dunt tell me that Sultan Brunie King of Saudi Arabia and Emir of Kuwait is not the Lord of all of their land and their subjects.)
In Malaysia the “Landlords” have surrendered some of their rights to the Federation and kept some(Tax collection/administration of Muslim and Malays affairs) and further they made themselves subjected to the Supreme law the Constitutions of the Federations. But out all of this they are still the Landlords of their respective states.
Something to ponder. What if one day Perak decided to ceased itself from the Federation? We have another Sultanate for sure..exactly like Brunei Sultanate or King of Saudi Arabia.
and there is no Ketuanan Melayu u say? and Prince Charles is not the Duke of Cornwall… lol
and konsep ketuanan Melayu bercanggah dengan Islam? lol and then they will be no Muslim Landowner. Im sorry King of Saudi Arabia. Malaysia fatwa say you cannot be a Landowner so bye bye. Now we gonna have an election for a new President.
So people this is what ketuanan Melayu is. Ketuanan Melayu is not about Malay Supremacist. That KKK concept, Hitler and apartheid.

i am a chinese muslim and guess what?
very very recently, a member of parliament, who is the member of the opposition, and this guy was too smart then to make this comment: -
‘let us utilise pudu prison and make it into a mosque for the chinese’
now, where did that subdivision come from?
this is not only a member of parliament, he is also a pembela islam.
and this pembela islam made such an interesting statement on the ground that chinese would pray in a chinese mosque and the malays would pray in the malay mosque.
in soera at-taubah verse 18, it clearly points out that each muslimin and muslimat would pray together. and there is no evidence of subdivision here.
this man is a very interesting pembela person i would say it is because it looks like being a chinese muslim myself, i am not welcomed to pray in a malay mosque. it looks like i have to find alternatives as i serious am offended with that mosquito pembela.
to this effect haris, does this thing called ketuanan melayu too?
please enlighten me and the rest of everyone in here so all of us would understand that mosquito pembela
