As at this morning, 3,946 had signed, directing 141 MPs to do the right thing if and when Najib should run to the palace to get his PMship sealed.
Those MPS were given notice this morning. I reduce the same below.
Next post, I will list the MPs notified and suggest what you can still do to try and stop the worst nightmare happening in this country.

On 4th January, 2009, I initiated an online petition entitled “Kami tidak berkeyakinan terhadap Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Abd Razak sebagai Perdana Menteri Malaysia”.

The petition was open to all Malaysian citizens and was aimed at creating an avenue by which citizens who are concerned by the possibility of Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Abd Razak becoming Prime Minister might communicate those concerns to you, their elected representative, in Parliament.
Points 10 to 17 in the body of the petition detail the matters by reason wherefore many do not have any confidence in Dato Seri Najib to lead our country as Prime Minister.
As at 8.45 am this morning, 25th March, 2009, 3946 individuals have signed in support of the petition, some of whom are members of your constituency.
For your convenience, I now reproduce hereinbelow the last three paragraphs of the petition, which is a directive from your constituents to you.
“Wherefore, we, the undersigned, now direct you, Honourable Members of Parliament, as our duly elected representatives :-
a) to demand that the Executive forthwith establish a Royal Commission of Inquiry to fully investigate upon the matters hereinstated and and the serious questions arising therefrom and to make public the findings and recommendations, if any, of such a Commission; and
b) should the Executive fail to establish a Commission as aforementioned or any other credible investigative body to look into and make public its report on its findings and recommendations, if any, on the matters hereinstated, with the consequence that the same remain uninvestigated and the serious questions arising therefrom remain unanswered if and when Dato Seri Najib should seek an audience with His Majesty with a view to securing his appointment as Prime Minister, you take all necessary steps to make known to His Majesty that, as our elected representatives, you do not have confidence in Dato Seri Najib to lead our country as Prime Minister.“
Please treat this e-mail as notice to you of this directive from your constituents.

Let me put it this way.
At least, there are 3946 of us who are courageous enough to voluntarily put our names and NRIC on this petition to the MPs for them to do the right thing in parliament.
What did UMNO do? They can’t even allow 2500 delegates to exercise their democratic right to elect a new president. Even one nomination for TRH to contest should have been UMNO’s raison d’etre to come clean if they sincerely wish to have any relevance to govern this nation. It would have been a sign of maturity and a positive step forward for national reconciliation after GE12.
Instead, we have members of civil society showing the way in upholding the Federal Constitution.
And 3946 Malaysians will demand that our respective wakil rakyat, and not wakil party, fulfill their duty to protect and preserve the nation’s sovereignty.

It appears that you are absolutely confidence, with whatever “facts” linking him with the murder of Altantuya.
Till today, there is nothing concrete about it. Not even the alleged dinner photos!
If the linking photo exists, as claimed by DSAI in one of his press conference,it will be the most damning evidence towards najib. Easy….?

Not realizing that Corruptions breed even more Corruptions and this is the vicious circle and the people of Perak are ones who would suffer in the long run and they will not forget what a Sultan they have had. If Najis and UMNO is in Power it is most likely that the nation’s coffers would be decimated and there will be nothing left for our Children’s Children, therefore make sure the UMNO along with all their goons are thrown out the next election.

I notice the non-existence of Clear Objective in yr struggle. Apparently the only thing that clearly prevail was the contemporary urban agenda questioning the ” Malay ” & its special right.

Let’s cut to the chase, shall we.
Do not think that Arnaud Dubus’s article in the Liberation was done to just scandalise NTR. The french have no interest whatsoever to bother with this line of news reporting, especially if it can disrupt trade and diplomatic relations.
It’s the ‘kickback’ of 114 million euros which DCNS (through Armaris) gave to Perimekar, a company controlled by ARB, which is the main subject of contention. As it is, DCNS is currently under investigation by the french government for this illegal transaction. The same transaction was also acknowledged as fact in the malaysian parliament.
The judgment on the Altantuya case is pending but there are far too many instances of evidence non-disclosures. But it’s a fact that Altantuya was murdered in Selangor although officially, she has never entered Malaysia. Duuh! And for certain, the motive for her untimely demise is closely connected to the ‘commission’ issue.
When the Liberation story broke, NTR failed to immediately respond. Neither did Wisma Putra summon the french ambassador to issue a protest note. Why is that? As I’ve mentioned before, I don’t give a rat’s arse if NTR do not wish to protect his personal reputation but as the PM2B, he has a duty to uphold the good name and sovereignty of this nation.
Ku Li vigorously defended his reputation (re BMF case) and won all his suits with the foreign media.
Why didn’t NTR do the same? Can’t prove his innocence or is he afraid of confronting the truth? And if or when indisputable evidence pops up after he becomes PM, where are we going to put all our faces? Or worse, this evidence can be covertly used to undermine NTR’s position in future dealings with other ‘unfriendly’ countries.

Nak tegakkan kebenaran konon tapi pelik lebih lagi ajaib, yang menghadhiri ‘candlelight vigil’ menentang ISA kebanyakan bukan orang melayu. Walhal, yang tersungkur di Kamunting terlebihnya orang melayu.
