Oh Jibby, thank you for the sharing. We are so moved!
June 21, 2009

Did you all read about how Tun Razak’s prompt replies to Jibby’s aerogrammes whilst the latter was away at boarding school left such an indelible mark on our current pee m?
Malaysianinsider has the story HERE.
Quoting from that story :
Najib urged Malaysians who are fathers to continue trail-blazing paths that their children may follow.
“A father’s active and positive participation in a child’s life will increase the likelihood of his or her development into a valuable adult.
“It is not about lavishing gifts and material wealth. Rather, it is about equipping the child with the right tools, values and upbringing to manage their well-being after they leave the comfort of the parents’ care,”
Thank you, Jibby, for inspiring us.
Here’s hoping the video clips below will inspire you, Jibby.
Judging from the same, Dr Shaariibuu Setev’s father, too, must have left a trail-blazing path for him to follow.
For what it is worth, Happy Father’s Day, Dr. Shaariibuu.

Fathers setting trail-blazing paths for their budding offsprings eh?
So I guess in this case it’s a toss-up between something having gone disastrously wrong on that trail-blazing parental path, or of it being far too much of a parenting success story and so the offspring turning out to be exactly the same chip off that old block.
As to that bit about growing up to be that….er…”valuable adult”, I suppose that would, if there was any correlation to that notion anyway, potentially depend on whether one’s own daddy-o’s guiding value-compass was pointing to that true north, south, east and west.
As to being equipped with the right tools, model values and upbringing, now let me see if I can take a shot in the dark as to what these could potentially be:
Tools = silver-spooned special position, rabble-rousing UMNO Youth membership/leadership, Skorpene, Sukhoi, C4, coup d’etat…?
Values = none/nominal/skewed/material/market…?
Upbringing = could it be an expectation of an entitlement to a 24-carat gold-plated KM superiority complexed, silver-spooned service from one’s cradle to the grave?
And as to that rib-tickling, but perhaps somewhat inspiring, bit on parenting not being about lavishing “gifts and material wealth”…er…. sorry, I’m truly stumped on this glass pearl.
On a more serious note, I hope Dr Shaariibuu Setev had a good day today with his two young motherless grandsons.
Finally, let’s not be churlish and forget that other trail-blazing daddy, ARB, who I am sure is also instilling his model tools, suspect values and liberal upbringing on his offspring/s, possibly somewhere in the quiet, leafy neighbourhoods of rural England or elsewhere perhaps.
“Imagine Power To The People” John Lennon.

Before advising other fathers, please look at youself first…..!!!
Are you showing & setting a good example in the first place…..???
Who else knows better about lavishing gifts on their children…??
Always making “statements” without being “MALU” at all…………..!!!

Haris,
Najis stupidity is simple unspeakable. He has no shame when he opens his mouth. I just hope this PAS don’t make the wrong choice and we need to but UMNO behind us. Its a trap!

Brother Haris, while the poor father is mourning for his daughter’s death, yet we have the murderer and his counterpart who are still out there, making fun of the dead.
What kind of integrity this so-called leader has?
This is the most DISGUSTING behaviour an immoral and evil national leader has depicted to the whole world.
What kind of people is this?
They are worst than animals.

Najis thinks he can emulate his father by becoming the 6th PM of Malaysia? One thing common between he and his father though, i.e. both are RACISTS!

Ris,
Jibby is full on 24/7 spin cycle.
Babbling away non stop.
Not making sense.
More importantly he doesn’t care if he does.
Never mind that his achievements thus far equals zero.
He would be so irrelevant if it wasn’t for the fact that he’s the UMNO PM.
But this too will change.
