Lil Hummingbird dropped by a little while ago.
LH : “Nazri’s talking c*+k again!. Malaysiakini reports that he warned all and sundry, and Pakatan Rakyat in particular, not to speculate on how Teo Beng Hock, political secretary to Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah fell to his death from the MACC Selangor headquarters in Shah Alalm, and then he shoots off his big mouth and says : “I was informed by MACC earlier that he was released yesterday (early this morning). Then he should have gone home….and how would we know that he would jump out of the building?”
Who’s jumping to conclusions now, and why?
Another death in custody and Nazri’s quick to shield the custodian?
And in the process cast aspersions on the just departed without a shred of evidence?
Teo didn’t jump off the building and he didn’t kill himself”.
Me : How do you know?
LH : “Did you know that Teo was due to get married tomorrow? Why would he want to take his own life?
Didn’t lawyer Mano, who accompanied Teo to the MACC HQ, and who last saw him at 7pm yesterday, say that Teo “was happy and looked composed”, as was also reported in Malaysiakini?
Teo was not being investigated, was he?”
No, MACC should not be allowed to wash their hands off this matter with mindless explanations like ‘Teo was released but wanted to sleep in the pantry”!
Remember the complaint of the UMNO chap in Kuantan who was taken in by the MACC for investigations? He said the real target was Norza Zakaria. He lodged a police report that he was roughed up and made to strip. Remember?
What’s become of that report? Nothing!
Now we have Teo called in to assist in investigations and, on the eve of his marriage, wants to sleep in the MACC pantry?
And then leaps to his death?
Nazri, just shut up and let Najib explain this”.

This involves one of the key institution of the country to safeguard the interest of the Rakyat and Image of the country. Not accountable to Parliament but The Prime Minister, the country expects nothing less that our Police will investgiate the case in thorough.
Our Prime Minsister 1Malaysia seems to go off course and each time, he tries to instill the 1Malaysia Concept, each time the steering wheel goes off course.
What is happening to this beloved country of ours.?
Had the founding fathers of our country envisage that this beautiful country of ours will be ruined through this pillar of institution who are to safeguard the interest of the country, respects the rule of law or are we back to stone age.?
All priorities and action taken seems so wrong and in times of such global uncertainties , this will only spell disaster for the country.
Who is there to protect the Rakyat?
Who is on the wrong side of the law now?

IMHO, they made a colossal mistake by killing him. I wrote a short post @ http://forums.techarp.com/adrian-wong/25409-did-our-government-kill-yet-another-innocent-person.html
I’m so damn pissed.
“BASTARDS. That’s what I think they are. The MACC, as well as the police, are nothing more than dogs of the Barisan Nasional government.
When I first read about the MACC (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency) raiding and “interviewing” opposition politicians, including Teresa Kok, Hannah Yeoh and Elizabeth Wong, I knew those dogs were up to no good. But I never would have thought they would go to the extent of KILLING someone!
Yes, they may deny it, but as sure as the sun rises and sets everyday, you can be sure they are GUILTY as sin, whether they actually pushed Teoh Beng Hock out the window or not. Why the hell would a young man under their custody suddenly jump out the window of the MACC office when he’s to be married the next day????
You can be sure that it wasn’t because he missed his fiancee so much he just couldn’t wait to take the lifts or the stairs. What we can be sure of is that he was interrogated until the wee hours of the morning (even though he was “just a witness”) and mysteriously “released” at 3:45 am. Oddly enough, he didn’t bother calling anyone to pick him up since he’s unlikely to be able to get home by himself.
No, if you believe the cops, he decided to take the quick ride down on the gravity highway. Sudden death? What the HELL are you talking about? Do you think we are idiots? How the hell did you come up with such a verdict so fast, when it’s so bloody obvious that he died in “MYSTERIOUS” circumstances?
To the PM Najib and the BN government, you have made a VERY, VERY GRAVE mistake. By killing an innocent man, you have made him a martyr. He will be the new rallying point, around which we will build the Barisan Nasional’s tomb!!!! MARK MY WORDS!!!!”

Najib and his ilk are probably assuming that Malaysians have somehow become desensitized by the series of extra-judicial killings/custodial deaths by the sheer frequency of their occurence . So the risk of this becoming a cause celebre is almost nil.
This death will once again be explained away by the official spinners in the so-called MSM or its “investigation” be allowed to drag on interminably in a Kugan-like manner until it becomes stale news.

Just a few pertinent questions about this unsavoury episode:
1. Someone’s son, brother, lover has died under suspicious circumstances whilst ‘sleeping in the MACC’s pantry”. Has the MACC head honcho, the CPO Selangor or Nazri seen fit to express their condolences to his family? 2. Can someone tell me whether suspects ( yes, the Police and MACC never tire of telling us that they are mere suspects)can be interrogated until the wee hours of the morning ( 3.00am?) and suddenly they realise that they have nothing on him and he is freed there and then? No paperwork, no fomalities? ( Or are they buzy at it now?) 4. Are our MACC goons so compassionate as to permit him to sleep in their pantry? Bet they must have also provided him with a pillow and blanket. 5. He was allegedly freed… why would someone want to jump of when he is a free man, especially when is is about to get married in a day or two?
To all those officers involved, let me just say this: it makes no difference how many times u pray or to which religion you belong to. Remember that there is such a thing as divine justice… it shall befall on your wife/husband, children and your loved ones sooner than u think. And to the Head Honcho, you are equally culpable vicariously in this sordid episode and may you endure and suffer the same pain and anguish this family is subjected to now.

‘I will call for Royal Commission of Inquiry but we must not pre-judge and cast aspersions as per LKS (Lim Kit Siang).'(ref: malaysiakini)
Let’s imagine a scenario in which the players’ roles are reversed: if for some reason all UMNO ministers were investigated by MACC or the police, and DAP is the government of Malaysia instead of UMNO, and one of their healthy UMNO aides in the pink of health, was found dead with his/her pants torn after interrogation by MACC or the police and within the vicinity of their premises, who will UMNO hold responsible? Please Khairy, do not open your mouth and be proven the fool. What about the Number One Idiot – the PM?
Look around the past week … trouble brewing in the good old country … religion and racial sentiments are been played out and who is better in this than the Idiot – a desperation for sustaining the power position he is in. Like the one he did to the Mongolian girl.
These incidents are no accident – a plan to play the racial and religion cards are getting more diabolic and sophisticated.
Poor Teoh was killed because Macc couldnt get nothing from him to incriminate PR govt. and that would certainly brought despair to the Number ONE idiot. Look carefully, this also had a clear marking of this No.One Idiot trade marks – racism and religious bigotry.

Further, left shoe might also had caught the legde and sliped off while falling over backward and someone subsequently threw it down but did a bad job causing the left shoe to land more then 8 feet away from the body.

Who needs criminals when you have extra-judicial unlicensed killings of innocent citizens done in broad daylight by your very own state security forces.
1. You have UTK policemen going around killing foreign nationals and blowing them up with C4 and then trying to wipe out all evidence that they ever entered your country.
Action taken by the state: Alleged perpetartors are let off and a sham trial is held! And what’s happened to the two (veiled) UTK convicted murderers now? Gone off to live in luxury somewhere with new identities? I know this may sound like fiction in a movie but apparently, such happenings are completely plausible and par for the course in the real life wild and wonderful world of 1Malaysia.
2. Around twenty five people are believed to die in police custody every month under very strange circumstances and from very suspicious causes. We all know the police thugs in PRDM tortured an innocent young man called A Kugan mercilessly until he dropped dead at that police station. Even the usually incompetent AG classified that death as murder and yet, as far as I know, no one has been arrested or brought to trial so far for that grotesque torture and murder. What’s with the delay? Incompetence? Or an out-of-control police force mafia refusing to investigate and covering-up again their crimes and for each other in that cosy, buddy buddy old boys network?
And now you have the Malaysian Agency for Crime & Corruption (or Cars and Cows as some prefer to call them) also getting in on that allegedly extra-judicial killing act and causing the death of this innocent young man under extremely strange circumstances and from an extremely suspicious cause while being held in their custody on their premises (in their pantry?). Circumstances which IMO, only the Nazi SS or the South African apartheid police force would believe as being “entirely plausible to reasonable people”.
But still….life goes on unchanged as ever over there doesn’t it? And who really cares enough about this (another one) dead young man to do anything about it? Certainly not the PM I think. Or the DPM or the Home Minister or the Law Minister or any of the others in the UMNO/BN government. And as always, not a squeak of sympathy from anyone in MCA or MIC or Gerakan either. No, not even from the Minister for efficient KPIs himself.
And if anyone is waiting around for any sympathy or action or redress to come with courtesy from the IGP and his PRDM or from the AG and his judiciary, well all I can say is….don’t hold your breath!
It appears to me that for all of them, other people’s lives are dirt cheap and therefore, very expendable, even if they are Malaysian lives that belong to Malaysian Indians or Malaysian Chinese or Malaysian Malays or Malaysian Dayaks.
And how in the name of God do such uncaring, crass and embarrassing idiots like Syed Hamid Albar or Hishamuddin Hussein or that Mohd Nazri get to be Ministers of anything ,let alone become Cabinet Ministers or worse, Law Ministers in the PM’s departmant!
Unbelievable and completely off the planet!

Look at the pix of Teoh’s body, why must he rip his trousers before ‘jumping’ out of 14th floor ??

Who is to investigate the MURDER AND CORRUPT COMMISSION!!!?
Police? They wear the same skin, have same heart, use the same weapons. They are brothers in arms, in crime, in intimidation.
Till today no MCA, MIC and UMNO member has expressed sadness over this death. They will not speak unless their own kind dies.
My prayer is that ONE God fearing MACC officer will step forward and tell the truth.

Dear Harris, if the police is sincere, they could get evidence easily by investigating the torn trouser. It cannot be rip or torn like this. If it is, there should be the fabric attached to any area that cause this….if not, it is plain ‘murder’ by MACC.

July 17, 2009
I couldn’t sleep the whole of last night. Searching everywhere for a clearer picture of the body and I have a few questions:
1)When and how was the left side of the trouser torn off?
2)How did the left shoe landed more than 8 feet from the body? Was it thrown down by someone after the plunge?
3)Why did MACC let the body be exposed for so long before calling the Police?
4)How could the Selangor CPO conclude that there was no suspicious circumstances and in the same breath asked us to wait for the result of the investigation?
At the end of the day, how could there be not even a soul in MACC or PDRM, consciencious enough to come out to tell us the truth?

Mamanview, ( at 8.12 am above)
A man died, and you can lol?
I do not know Teo Beng Hock. I have never met him and I only know of his existence on this planet and in this country because he died and made tragic news.
My first thought was, as I looked at the photograph of this young man whose life had been snuffed out under dubious circumstances, “If he had plunged down, wouldn’t he have hit the pavement face down? If he had somehow fallen on his side, why were the trousers torn? And wouldn’t that lifeblood have splattered all around?” Things don’t match up.
I don’t know Teo Beng Hock but I grieve because he was a human being and he never had the chance to live to his full potential, he never had the chance to share married life with the one he loved and he never had the chance to have the children he may have desired.
And I grieve because he is my Malaysian brother and someday, by some slim chance in the future, our paths might have crossed, but now they never will.
Yes, Mamanview, laugh all you want.
But know this: Life has a way of coming back and punching you in the same way you punch others.
I think you have a heart of stone. Perhaps some day, it will come alive again.
And then, hopefully, you will come to know what compassion is.

What a different take on this by Mr. Rocky! I went to his blog only because his title looked promising: Tragic death, tragic reaction. Maybe he’ll show some sense n humanity. Sadly, no. Don’t go there; I’ll tell you what he said about the tragic reaction:
‘His (CM Lim Guan Eng) letter published in mysinchew is Malaysia’s political tragedy. The Chief Minister’s assertion that Teoh’s death was the result of the MACC’s “political persecution of PR, especially DAP leaders and members” is cheap and malicious.’
Someone said “Of course, we suspect foul play,” and I replied, “Anybody in his right mind would, but unfortunately, some people have apparently lost their right minds.”

Brother Haris, you are absolutely right.
Kugan’s death has not seen anyone punished, Teo’s death will be covered up as well.
These evil ruling elites are using these tools to intimidate and murder innocent people.
What kind of federal Guomen is this?
What kind of humans are these?
How would they and the majority of the KIND MUSLIMs feel if their own sons and daughters are tortured and thrown out of window like Teo?
These goons are worst than animals, they are not humans, they are like the German Gestapo and the Japanese armies in world war II, some may be even worst than that.
I bet all those who are responsible for Teo’s death will escape from punishment and the end result will be “No Further Action”, because they are THE SAMSENGS and HOOLIGANs working for the EVIL POWER BROKER.
You people want to KACAU and REVEAL the WEALTH of EVIL POWER BROKERS and EVIL leaders like the Selangor K.T, see this is the end result. This is a CLEAR message from the EVIL ELITEs.
But History will always reveal the EVIL ONEs who KILL this innocent young man.

It is touching to see the comments made by you all of different races who stood up for justices and grieve for the death of Beng Hock. The cause of the death must be thoroughly investigated and those responsible must be held accountable. Ultimately, regardless what has caused the death, an answer is needed from the government. Fact and some rational thinking first.
Teo was no longer in MACC office. He left after the interview completed at 3.45am. But he was still loitering at the building. Nobody is holding him from going home. Is he afraid or worried about his security, now that those parties that he exposed (gangsters / triads / undeworld ) might want him to SHUT UP?
Why would MACC want to eliminate their key witness to their case?
Who will benefit from his death?
Those being exposed by Teo? the underworld / triads / gangsters ?
This probably make more sense, than what the majority here is thinking
What evidence they have in the first place. Childish isn’t it?
PR is always quick to point fingers to others whenever there is such scandals.
PR can do no wrong.
But in the end, it’s always PR in the shit.

My Deepest and Most Sincere Condolence to Beng Hock’s Families and Related.
I understand people are angry with such nonsense and that such i further urge people to calm down before they aggravate the situation any further.
Cases of such is consider as a social unrest starter, but i hope everyone resume a neutral status. The authority has agreed to take the matters under investigation. We shall keep a watch out for updates. Prior to that, i do not advise any acts that would give the guilty parties to use against.
I hope this case can help unite the Malaysian we all live within. To uphold unity and to preserve justice. We are proud to be Malaysian and i hope we get the right treatment for our contribution toward Malaysia.

i agree what mickey said…i think all ‘atas pagar’ people who can think normally will have thought like him…personally i think this is a murdered case…
i observed the politic scenario n i dont get it why major blame the BN…as far i know the investigation was cause by the PR people itself (Wee Choo Keong)…and the case suspect are also PR people…
i dont think his dead will benefit MACC or BN or other people other than the case suspect itself…
i can see our country opinion is like this – whatever BN do is wrong and whatever PR do is right..please all politician are same, they all also human..
i know this case has raise our anger but for a moment please clear your mind and think properly…surely BN people has done wrong before but that doesnt mean PR never done anything wrong…please dont point finger to BN just like that, something is very suspicious here…we must find teo killer to bring him to the justice…
btw in my opinion the MACC should be blame cause they didnt protect their witness…the underworld/triads are known to eliminate their witness to protect themselves…
lets be neutral here and give teo family the justice by finding the killer (sadly thats all we can do right now)…
my deepest condolence to teo family and may teo beng hock r.i.p…

And the MACC lets people just hang around their office (at 4am) and take naps on their couch? And this young man prefers the couch than his own bed? And he has a car to drive back? And he is getting married the next day?

So you people want to talk about PR or Bee-End?
Let’s talk.
If Pak Lah and his successor have the political will to implement IPCMC years back, as according to the findings of the Royal Commission, then the DEATH of KUGAN, TEO and many other innocent MALAYs can be avoided.
Nazri even has the AUDACITY to state that IPCMC has too much power and so it should not be implemented.
Now, ask yourself, who should be blamed? Who should be responsible.
So don’t try to behave like you people are sound minded and others are emotional and irrational.
Now answer these questions:
1. Will you let your brothers and sisters (whether you are Malay, Chinese or Indian etc ) be intimidated and tortured to death and then thrown out of window?
2.If your brother or sister is a PR MP or ADUN, why must these agencies act like ruunning dogs for the evil and corrupt elites to intimidate and threaten your brother or sister? will you protest and cry foul?
Or will you still be able to write in Brother Haris’s blog asking your other family members to remain calm and be rational? and keep telling them that Bee-End flurs are equally bad? Try to show your impartiality and wisdom, Huh?
3. Ask yourself, why can’t these goons just act professionally for example like getting rid of the 18 SHARKS which RAIS YATIM has mentioned years back?
4. Why are they after the PR instead of the Bee-End goons like K Toyo? What are their hidden agendas? Trying to cripple Selangor government and to stage another infamous Coup De’tat like in Perak?
5. Why can’t these goons act fairly when executing their duties?
Already there are many innocent lives who are lost due to these kind of inhuman tortures, enough is enough and nobody can rule out the possibility that their family member will also become one of the victims of these merciless and heartless goons someday in the future.
So, be RATIONAL.

Thanks Harris for posting and sharing the thoughts and view on this inhumane act of MACC. Can’t believe i’m still living in a hopeless and “dirty” country.
For once, i’m feeling so shameful of being a malaysian! High profile authority are murdering people as and when they like without brought to the bar …. look at the altantuya’s death (body being blown up by the so call one of the country most professional-special task force), kunjan death (beaten to death during police custody and died in lock-up), and now BH Teoh sudden death in MACC premise and that idiot Nazri already speculating that he committed suicide before the post mortem’s out.
Is he a god? How the hell he knows BH Teoh committed suicide by jumping out of the building, when the forensic report is not even out yet! Does it means that he’s trying to hint to the public that he’s the one that ordered someone to threw BH Teoh out of the building to the 5th floor, therefore he knew clearly and can confidently announced that BH Teoh died of suicide as he jumped out of the building.
It doesn’t make sense at all that BH Teoh committed suicide when he’s getting married on the next day and wedding reception coming in OCT. His fiancee is also 2 months pregnant with his baby. He’s a father to be. He has got so much happy celebrations to look forward. Do you believe he jumped to his death? or being murdered (which sounds far more believable rite)? If there’s a rally for his justice please do count me in!

Thousands have died in police-lock-ups. And they continue die, mysteriously, or so it seems… And now at the quarters of the MACC? Is it just me or does this picture trouble you?
Selective investigations, late night interogations, secretive and delayed procedures, and investigating personell that claim everything was “standard procedure”.
The picture warrants an indept independent investigation. And in this incident from authorities that are not associated with the police or the MACC.
Malaysians are tired of waking up to hear of sudden deaths in police custody. The public is not convinced that young men and women who are hauled up for investigation die natural deaths in these enviroments.
Many of these so-called “investigations” and questionings were done without permitting lawyers of those questioned to be present.
1Malaysia? lets wait and watch how such slogans and Barisan rhetoric measure when young Malaysians die mysteriously among our “custodians” of law and order.

On that theory put forward by alleged BN-supporters about triads having murdered Teo Beng Hock, well that could be true I suppose if you based that supposition allegedly on the true premise that the MACC is a triad-like organisation which is allegedly run by triad-like criminal gang-members.

Head of Selangor UMNO, MACC is under the jurisdiction of your other office (PMO). So you are the direct leader responsible for MACC since they are answerable only to your office (PMO) of which you are the head of that office (unless you want to claim that it is your wife who is the head, that we can understand you spineless weakling).
So instead of offering your cynical condolences, why don’t you start a full impartial royal commission into his death at the hands of the MACC whose conduct is only answerable to you as the head of PMO.
I bet your goons at PDRM was ready to classify it as suicide no foul play, but I bet your incompetent goons now cannot answer as to why an expecting father would want to commit suicide on the eve of his wedding registration, simply because your stupid goons had not an iota that his wife was two months pregnant. Coupled with the fact that on Wednesday morning he was calling friends to confirm their attendance at his October 3rd wedding dinner only to commit suicide the next morning, highly unbelievable don’t you think? But I know you don’t think because you are incapable of thinking.
I also bet that your goons at PDRM wanted to quickly classify this case as sudden death then accidental death then case close NFA. But your stupid goons must have taken a look at the windows of Plaza Masalam by now and realized belatedly that falling out from the high rise building window (why don’t you get off your spineless backbone and go and visit Plaza Masalam for yourself, isn’t this part of your job 1Malaysia walkabouts?) accidentally is highly impossible also, unless of course he was drugged by the MACC.
So that leaves another option as to what happened to Teoh Beng Hock. Murder. But already your press, your ministers, your goons at PDRM, your UMNO bloggers and cyber warriors are already dismissing that possibility out of hand.
Of course there are some of your UMNO bloggers who are now spreading rumors that DAP triads not only managed to infiltrate the MACC office but managed to kill Teoh and exited the building without any trace. Now does that sound believable to you? Why don’t you warn your UMNO bloggers and supporters also for speculating, rumor mongering and (the IGP’s favourite motto) “threatening public order”?
So that leaves only one responsible party for his murder. MACC. MACC under the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister’s Office. The Prime Minister’s Office of Najib Tun Razak. Najib Tun Razak the Head of Selangor UMNO. The head of Selangor UMNO who gave the green light to MACC to begin a witch hunt in Selangor to topple Pakatan Selangor. The same green light given by the ex-head of Perak UMNO. All roads lead to you Najib Tun Razak. You are indirectly responsible and you will be held to justice, if not now then in the afterlife.

July 18, 2009
Mickey,
What rational thinking are you talking about? Why would MACC want to eliminate their witness? Because they didn’t. They accidentally killed him when their rough tactics went too far. That is also murder in my book.
So Mickey you are one of the UMNO bloggers and supporters who are now indulging in PR’s favorite past time (according to you) i.e. spreading rumors, speculating, pointing fingers at others and “threatening public order”. You ask us for proof and yet you offer none for your flimsy Hollywood movie script. It probably makes more sense? We are childish? Probably you are looking for a job as a movie producer in LA or HK or Mumbai?
You have no proof and yet you chide people for not providing proof. What I have written so far on the possibilities of Teoh Beng Hock’s killing sounds more plausible than your script for Infernal Affairs IV.
But I understand where you are coming from with your fantasy. It is just like the film Life is Beautiful. You and your fellow rumor mongers have a guilty conscience to salve, because you know Teoh Beng Hock didn’t commit suicide nor did he accidentally fall down. So the question that is bugging you as it is bugging everyone is who killed Teoh Beng Hock?
So to slave your guilty conscience you create a fictional world (much like Pan’s Labyrinth) in which DAP was responsible for the murder, so you and your fellow BN supporters can wash your hands off the murder. If it helps you sleep better at night, then by all means continue spinning a good yarn. You have a good night’s sleep now.

July 18, 2009
If there is one thread I have noticed among BN supporters is their amazing ability to spin fantasies into reality whenever ugly events in the real world threaten to disrupt their version of reality.
Remember when HINDRAF leaders were arrested under ISA? The BN bloggers and cyber warriors were spreading rumors that the police found a cache of heavy automatic weapons at Batu Caves, that HINDRAF was allied to the Tamil Tigers. In the end, no such proof of such hearsay were ever produced but in the pseudo fantasy reality of BN fanboys that is the God’s truth.
Remember when news first broke of Anwar’s sodomy of Saiful and how many evidence cropped up showing Saiful to be an agent of BN and flimsy evidence of sodomy dismissed by Hospital Pusrawi? The same BN fanboys started spreading rumors that BN has video recordings of Anwar sodomizing Saiful and that their case is watertight. Where is the so-called video now?
And now to Teoh Beng Hock’s death at the hands of MACC. You know their fantasy story already, so I’ll just leave it at that.
It seems to be a psychological imperative of the BN fanboys to sanitize their own reality by spicing it up with fiction, fiction that is intended to bolster their worldview i.e. HINDRAF deserved to be ISA-ed because they are terrorists, Anwar is guilty of sodomy because they have video recordings of the act, MACC is innocent because really Teoh Beng Hock was killed by DAP triads.
Hey, if it helps you guys and gals to cope with reality then I support you 100%. Wouldn’t want the real world to depress you now would I?

Someone who’s supposed to get married the next day decides to have his ‘stag-nite’ at MACC….or perhaps he was taking flying lessons? Mmmm….not a suspect but rather someone helping with the investigation? Picked up after 5pm and interrogated until 3-something in the morning? Then we are told that a cleaner found Teoh’s body at 1.30pm? No CCTV in a supposed high-security area and the people who supposedly run it have no clue about what goes on in their premises! What a total disgrace….my prayers and sympathies to the deceased’s family. May God comfort them during this time of bereavement. As for MACC…you seem to be following a long line of ‘achievements’ by the ‘powers that be’ … Altantuya, Kugan…and other faceless, nameless individuals. After every death and atrocity, we hear of the formation of various Royal Commission of Inquire (RCI)…but no concrete results thanks to a catalogue of gross incompetence! Now everyone’s calling for another RCI….how many more pointless squandering of precious Rakyat’s money….nobody ever seems to learn…and yet another life is lost! For any nation to go forward and its people to live in peace and prosperity, righteousness, truth and justice must prevail at all levels of the nation – from the Leadership to the People…until we stop cankerous self-seeking and come clean, Teoh’s case will just be another link in a murderous cycle!

So far police have recorded statements from 23 individuals including 17 MACC officers and smugly say they have their own theory, the fact that they did not remand anyone shows that they have already come to a conclusion that MACC was not involved, I will not be surprised if they fabricate evidence based on the DAP thugs theory and implicate some smalltime hoodlum as a scapegoat, and have a re-run of the Altantuya case where the murderers are sentenced but the hidden hands and motive remain unknown.

Elementary, says Sherlock Holmes. The interrogation went horribly wrong and death resulted. They can’t carry the body out of the building because, by chance, somebody might notice the fishy goings-on in the dead of the night. So cook up an alibi that he was free to go home but he preferred to sleep overnight on the couch in the pantry or whatever at about 3.45am.
Now they can’t keep the body in the building because people will be coming in to work the next morning. So what to do? Your guess is as good as mine.

I just don’t trust the MACC, Malaysian Police, or any BN Reps anymore. All they can and have to do is to say something to show that they are not dumb..even sometimes what they said makes them look like idiots. These people will always say that no one can question cases while under their “investigation”. They are working very hard gathering evidence for their “investigation”. Are these people gathering evidence so that all evidences can be destroyed and no one will ever know the truth?? Lets just wait and see what is the outcome of their “investigation”.

I say, BUBARKAN MACC !! BUBARKAN PDRM !!…why the f*&k do we need these institutions?? On any measure they fail badly anyway, crime and corruption are certainly enjoying the “golden era”.
They have been promoted from just lasy incompetent institutions to becoming something more sinister, the BN hitman that does not hestitate to apply “concentration camp torture techniques” to achieve its goals.
Malaysia should be proud, we have the new “Stasi” of the 21st century, although not yet as competent in the art of torture as the former east german police, they are learning quick.

And for what I know the place where he jumped is only allowed for authorised personal… So how exactly got into that balcony? There must’ve been an escort.
I don’t mind really how corrupts our country go.. but not to the point that someone’s life is concern… I could actually feel the pain right into my heart
People!…. No more celebration for national day! At least I’m not celebrating, that’s what a 17 years old boy would do… and when I get the age of becoming a voter, I would tear the government down

So sad to hear that one of innocent person became the victim of malaysia’s dirty politics.
Those people who were given too much power misused the power. And where the hell are the leaders that are responsible for all these? keep quiet or put the blame on others? oh i see these are the qualities that a leader should have, at least in malaysia.
It is a precious life. But, i see someone don’t take it as a life from what comes out from their foul mouth. I don’t see a point how these so called ‘leaders’ get their position with their retarded mind and low IQ. or even worst than a normal people. At least they have heart and know what is sympathy. Not like somebody do not realise how stupid they are and thick-skinned said ‘ how i know he is going to kill himself?’ or ‘ The death is a politic tactics played by others’ Open your eyes, you are not living in your own world, sir. Saying things you like to say without even thinking or you don’t even have brain..opps. sorry. BUT, it CERTAINLY makes clear that showing people how malaysia leader talk like a deluded moron.

MACC have erred in law and lacked professionalism .This shows incompetence at levels, moreover the victim is not even a suspect. He is only assisting in the investigations. UNDER ARTICLE 5 of the Federal Constitution & Section 28A
(4)of the CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE which guarantees detainees right of counsel …… This was refused inspite of his lawyer repeated request.
UNDER the long interrogations period MACC had violated
RULE 20 of the LOCKUP rules 1953 which stipulates that detainees must be locked between 6.30pm and 6.30am to allow sufficient rest and he was not even a suspect .The problem LIES with the authorities even minister does not know how to interpret and enforce the ACT… that is why you always find people in Malaysia wrongly detain or arrested .WE are all frustrated over the disdainful shrugging off responsibility by the Macc.
It is brutal and Madness beyond beyond comprehensions !!!!Do u smell of FISH???

I feel so sad….cos
with hand that cannot help.
with mouth that cannot talk
with eyes that cannot see (the truth)
with Police that couldn’t care less…only
With GOD, we pray for his soul and that his death should not be in vain and be solved. Only God can give and take life away but Devil is the only exceptional.

TEOH WAS A WITNESS, MACC THE INVESTIGATOR, YB EAN YONG HIAN WAH & 6 OTHERS ARE THE ONES WHO’S BEING INVESTIGATED / ACCUSED..
THE SHERLOCK HOLMES’ THEORY IS THAT THE ACCUSED / PERSONS INVESTIGATED HAVE THE MOST POTENTIAL MOTIVES TO MURDER TEOH!!
