Yes, one voice.
There has been a lot of hate and anger in the air lately.
Not good.
We must reach out to our brothers and sisters to bring about a greater understanding and love of each other.
We must care.
For if we will not, who will?
Join us at the Saya Anak Bangsa Malaysia Roadshow & Forum this Saturday, 23rd January, 2010 and walk with us on this long journey to rebuild our nation, based on the precepts of justice and equality for all.
One People, One Nation.
Not an impossible dream.
If we believe enough.

It is hard to believe such nice sounding words,” Saya anak Malaysia.” Somehow I cannot trust them anymore though I try to do my part at the ballot box.
I am a chinese christian and all my life feel threatened by the racists since May 13th. I don’t feel at home here and dream one day if I can’t maybe my children will be able to have a better life, here or elsewhere. How to trust the govt, when they discriminate against us all the time, even threatening us on MSM with vile words, with weapons.
All politicians do is try to get more votes and power once they get there to hell with all of us!!
Even PAS will try to cheat chinese votes and when they get there they will go join UMNO!! At least some of them would. Just wait and see. The love of money is the root of all evil.

We, the people of Malaysia, may have ONE VOICE but the trouble is the GOVERNMENT of Malaysia has NO EARS!

The topic of the Forum is intriguing..and makes you wonder.
Believe? and the little addition…. instead.
We had believed but somehow all what we believed in did not come true. The Administration cheated on our belief. Maybe we took the belief for granted and never cared to question, to probe, we did not weigh and consider whatever passed us by.
You just do not take a belief for granted…but, we did that. We were not politically motivated, as some well-meaning mentors remind us, that the time has come for us to be so.
And in between, we had the wrong view of ourselves viz a viz our fellow Malay Malaysians. We took on the role of the down-trodden and stayed in that mode. We didn’t even think that we could challenge the BN government that was carrying on with divide and rule and subjugating us to the role of “other races” ie:”bangsa”.
We swallowed crap, like as if we were all so stupid.
Our saving grace was GE 2008 and then we displayed our guts and were even able to shatter some myths. The vote. And we did the wise thing. Come GE13 we’ll get up….and do it again!
More able, more willing, more ready.. to make our choice for change.
We never did really question the ISA.
Did we?
Even today, for many it is a belief. The BN Government wants it to stay on, propagating a blatant injustice but we the people have started our probe and we are saying that we cannot stand it any longer.
Same as we cannot stand other injustices, other insults, other cruelties which are hindering our progress towards becoming One People One Nation.
And so now we need to believe in a new belief, that we shall overcome and achieve our goals…ridding this nation from the bigoted and separatist stance it has so artfully propagated.
Only because we are now, in the know. Believing instead?
And that’s being kind, to ourselves and to our fellow malaysians.
Shakuntala,
I could not have put it any better

I just love the Satu Suara Video. I am right that this is an initiative from Ministry of Youth? Government? If it really is from the Ministry of Youth, perhaps there is still some hope left….
