Ketika Najib menjadi Timbalan Perdana Menteri, ia menempatkan diri bertanggung jawab atas Felda.
__________________________________
I write this letter with a very heavy heart.
Just to put things in perspective, after much soul searching, I joined Keadilan in August 2008.
From 1999 to 2004 I was Barisan National Deputy Minister of Land and Cooperatives.
My Minister, Tan Sri Kasitah Gadam, put me in charge of answering questions in Parliament regarding all Felda matters.
In 2004, before Najib began meddling in Felda affairs, Felda was the pride of the oilpalm industry. It had 75 oil palm mills, assets of RM 7 Billion and a cash hoard of RM 4.5 Billion.
What I just heard upset me so much.
I publicly accuse Najib of single handedly destroying Felda!
As of now out of the huge cash hoard of RM 4.5 Billion, only RM 200 Million is left. In actual fact with the record price of CPO for the past few years, Felda, if managed properly, should have cash reserves of RM 6 Billion! The reverse has happened and now it has only a pathetic sum left.
When Najib became Deputy Prime Minister, he put himself in charge of Felda. He gave the lame excuse that his late father Tun Razak started Felda, he should continue the family tradition of looking after Felda.
In fact if the late Tun Razak khows what Najib has done to Felda , Tun Razak will turn in his grave.
The same goes for the former Chairman of Felda, Tan Sri Raja Alias. Tan Sri Raja Alias did an excellent job in looking after Felda.
The real reason why a very busy Deputy Prime Minister wants to micro manage Felda is now very clear.
He wanted to have access to the huge cash hoard of Felda.
What took 40 long years to build up, Najib destroyed in 5 short years.
On another note, I just heard on NTV 7 news that the BN government is going to buy 3 special ships for our Navy costing RM 2.2 Billion! Just a few days ago Dato Idris Jala announced that if we do not watch out, we will be like Greece in 9 years time. If things are so bad how can the Government justify spending so much money to buy ships, money that Dato Idris Jala says we do not have?
So it is very clear that the Pakatan Rakyat MUST take over the Federal Government in Putrajaya in the next General Election. This is our priority to save the country. If the Pakatan takes over in 20 years time it will be too late, the country will really be bankrupt. So fellow Malaysians open your eyes to see how this country is destroyed by the greedy and corrupt politicains from UMNO/BN. Kick them out of Putrajaya! Register as a voter now!

June 13, 2010
Yeah, Amirah?
So what’s the truth?
Saying ‘lies’ 3 times period is not acceptable as an answer. Not in any sensible argument.
Study the figures given:
2004: “FELDA had 75 oil palm mills, assets of RM 7 Billion and a cash hoard of RM 4.5 Billion.”
“As of now ( that is, 2010) out of the huge cash hoard of RM 4.5 Billion, only RM 200 Million is left.”
“Felda, if managed properly, should have cash reserves of RM 6 Billion! The reverse has happened and now it has only a pathetic sum left.”
“What took 40 long years to build up, Najib destroyed in 5 short years.”
Now, Amirah, go do your homework if you are really interested in the truth: Prove the figures above are wrong. Reveal your sources and remember, the rakyat will check out your facts.
And if you refuse to do that but prefer to just yell ‘lies’ without any proof, then listen, boy /girl, and listen well: Just go back to your nursery and play with your toys. Adult matters shouldn’t concern toddlers.

I am speechless!
You Malaysians are well and truly fu**ed if you do more of the same and don’t get your skates on to change your amazingly incompetent pseud-governors.
And if you do not change, then YOU will all deserve to go down that bankruptcy sewer, and unlike Greece, you won’t have anyone to bail you out.

This Felda letter purportedly frm Tan Kee Kwong has been circulating in blogosphere for a few days now.
Though I wouldn’t put it past the Rosemajibs and UMNO to strip-mine Felda, “TKK’s” letter is long on accusation and short and actual facts.
Mere depletion of cash from $4.5 billion to $ 200 million is not an indication of any fraud or mismanagement. I mean, they could have bought more oil palm estates or mills or paid out huge dividends before by-elections!! I don’t know.
Let’s have all the FACTs before anyone pulls the trigger!

We need to be very grateful for all these facts being fed us by responsible people, like Dr. Tan Kee Kwong and many other wise persons.
It is truly incredible that all this info is trickling down, slowly but surely to the people.
So much is being taught us by civil society groups prominent among them SABM, which group headed by Haris himself is going all out, via Roadshows to educate us, the Ra’ayat.
Isn’t it time to listen and learn?
All of which information should make us ready us for GE13, to vote wisely…a new government, which is ready to take up the gauntlet to bring in the changes that would restore true democracy in this country.

it started with the ‘resignation’ of raja alias and yusuf noor took over as the chairman, the rest is history. as for dpp, if you know any good felda insider, you might want to talk to that person on how felda management changed after raja alias left. regardless of how much cash is left in felda, stealing (mismanagement is just a technical term use to justify the act) money is the issue. and now with the merger of felda, risda and felcra, guess whose gonna pay the bills?

additional info from an ex-felda pengarah.once during the helm of raja alias,a minister asked him to fork out felda’s cash to support umno in one by-election and was firmly rejected by raja alias.his respond was felda is for the rakyat and not umno’s cash-cow!!!imagine today…najib with yusof noor???

Many years ago I had this gut feeling that Malaysia is doomed, now my stomach churns with disgust and pain. The Malaysia that I love is now fcuked! What really hurts me is that there are still so many idiots in Malaysia who are yet to realize the simple fact that this BN government has failed the Malaysians. They still go on to vote for these thieves. In any country, the people would not have tolerated this nonsense but in Malaysia it is shocking how people are still living in a fantasy world! It was a good government that started with the 1st PM, Tunku Abdul rahman; it had then been usurped by the Tun Razak chap and nurtured into ‘the epitome of racism’ by the Mamakthief. Today it is in a destruction mode. Someone made a joke many years ago when he asked me “How to make a big business small?”. I did not now the answer. He answered, ” Give it to a Malay!” I hated the answer then but in retrospect he could have been right. MAS screwed by Tajuddin, Proton in shit, Perwaja down the drain, Bank Bumi to Bank Jibby, etc. Look at the non-Malays; the jungles of Ulu Kali became Genting Higlands, the lost airline became Air Asia, privatised Maxis, Digi, and IPP’s grew stronly uner the non Malays. Now, the very government that was then run by all races, has been made small by the Malay centric government. Malays, Indians and Chinese of ‘BN descent’ please wake up,. Vote this shit government out.

China milk scandal face death verdict 三鹿奶粉案宣判吸引中外媒体 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITlh5nEhqp8&feature=related
Two men have been given the death penalty for their involvement in China’s contaminated milk scandal. The former boss of the Sanlu dairy at the centre of the scandal was given life imprisonment.
They were among several sentences handed down by the court in northern China, where Sanlu is based. The scandal, in which melamine was added to raw milk to make it appear higher in protein, led to the deaths of six babies and made some 300,000 ill.
10 Sept: 14 babies reported ill in Gansu province
15 Sept: Beijing confirms first deaths from the contamination
22 Sept: Toll of ill babies rises to tens of thousands – and eventually will rise to almost 300,000
23 Sept: Other countries start to test Chinese dairy products or remove them from shops
31 Oct: Chinese media suggest melamine is routinely added to animal feed
24 Dec: The main dairy firm involved, Sanlu, is declared bankrupt
31 Dec: Four senior Sanlu executives go on trial
2 Jan:Firms involved ask for forgiveness in a mass New Year text message
22 Jan: A court in China begins handing down sentences
Can Bolehland beat that timeframe ???

Death Row – Philippines http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UsJp3t9DPw&feature=channel
Over 1300 prisoners in the Philippines are on death row, awaiting their lethal injection. Among them are women and even children. The rising number of executions is part of a crackdown on crime — Zero Tolerance Filipino style. The man in charge of this campaign is Ping Lacson of the Philippines National Police. He was nick-named Dirty Harry when he broke a big gang of Manila bank robbers and took no prisoners. Instead eleven suspects were shot dead in suspicious circumstances. “I would rather be feared than loved … as long as I get things done”, he says. And he is getting things done. In his first six months petty crime is down 30 percent and drug arrests have doubled. While politicians score points, human rights activists and leaders of the Catholic Church call for an abolition of the death penalty.

FELDA,if I am not mistaken,is a statutory body. As a statutory body it must publish its accounts which have to be audited by the Auditor General. A colossal sum of several billions is quite an elephant and cannot be hidden under the bed. Has anyone seen these reports? Let’s hope the documents are not OSAed.
Another pertinent point to ask is : what is the relationship between FELDA and the thousands of settlors. Are they shareholders, or mere creditors and debtors These differences will have wide accounting, legal and social implications.
May be it is premature to jump to any conclusion.

It’s called Operasi Sapu Bersih – before they inevitably vacate Putrajaya for good. In fact, it is going on at an accelerated rate right now.
Be very sure that suddenly, we will be having many “breakthroughs” in our past conflict with Singapore – simply becos they hold vital info on a certain Mongolian.
Idris Jala may talk about bankruptcy, and others can talk about GST, Sport Betting, and abolishing subsidies- but the reality is that we can spend billions on a bloated & lethargic civil service, submarines, fighter jets, destroyers, build palaces for $800m etc ets etc – while people scrounge to make ends meet, while their debts/loans balloon.
Furthermore, apparently, certain “first lady” can still go for a holiday to Palm Jumeirah & stays in a suite costing taxpayers USD40k/day, have full page ads of her in US tabloids etc etc etc ….. only God knows what else we pay for!!
Soon we will see a resurgent effort at nationalization of various profitable private enterprises and piratisation …. I mean privatisation of profitable public sectors.

God helps those who help themselves.
These are precious times. Also frightening. With the kinds of news we keep hearing…our money, going into selected pockets of the rich and the infamous.
Don’t let it be said again and again that we Malaysians, still do not care.
Now is a good time to care.
Couple prayers with doing what is necessary, for the sake of our country. Join hands, get on our feet and search out people who still have not registered to vote. Give them valid reasons why they should and get a committment from them to do so.
Surprisingly these people who are refusing are just dis-spirited persons. They know all about the corruption and the mis-management of the BN government. This very same government has been the culprit, which fostered these negative attitudes, in potentially good and respectable citizens. Why should their votes be wasted?
We are the ones who can help to salvage these peoples’ votes…..just imagine how many votes may never materialize if we did not care.
Have managed to seek out two such persons…who after a lot of persuasion have agreed to get registered.
Come on guys and gals, this is an exercise well worth your weight in gold!

This guy was a deputy minister and he writes like crap. Where have the Felda’s cash gone to? Instead of railing on the govt, he should have dig for the facts. I know Felda have taken a few adventures going to Brazil and Indo and doing the real estate thing. None of these ideas are really good ideas but disaster they are not. Paying a bit too much for prime property is not great idea but its not exactly a disaster. Going to Brazil where its tough operating environment is a bad idea but so what if they lose it? They have a lousy strategy and putting on debt to continue it is the bad idea.
Felda destroyed is overly dramatic. BUT its not doing well. Yes. Potentially disastrous. Possible. Example of ‘Selamatkan Malaysia’ campaign Yes. But its still alarmist as it stands..

I am not a supporter of BN. But making accusations without being supported by facts just goes to show the quality of people who join PR. Anyway, why are there so many gullible people around who will believe any story that is churned out without asking for the proof/facts first. Fools will get the government they deserve. As for Felda, the management has an obligation to either refute the accusation or explain to the rakyat what is going on.
