Update at 9.20pm : The Star online reports at 9.01pm

It’s been a little over half a day since RPK dropped his latest bombshell.
Where’s MSM on this most potent piece of evidence and its immediate implications?
Michelle Yoon writes :
‘What are they afraid of, the people from The Star and NST and Bernama?
Not even Wong Chun Wai’s personal blog carries any such news item.
Have the papers not learnt anything? Don’t they know that speed is something that they cannot lose out on when reporting on items like this?’

Whats so great about WCW haris?
He is a salary earner from MCA cum Umno cronies.
WCW need his paymaster greenlight to publish anything tarnish the Gomen.
Let him go Haris – if not employ him,so he can be your press secretary in PP.
WCW – why are you still using your profile starting with “HE” – are you using one of your kaki bodek reporter to write your profile?

WCW is a certified pathalogical liar and a certified Ali Baba writer. So one wonders why you are challenging him as if he has any sense of shame in the first place. You can only appeal to the conscience of someone when he has a heart and a mind that can grasp much. Not empty one like that of Ali Baba writers like WCW and his ilk.

When I wrote that I thought our msm was a joke, another blogger bashed me (we’re talking cyberspace here!). But don’t they prove that they are jokes everyday? Investigative reporting? They’ve never heard of it lah!!!
OK, to be fair, maybe even if they did nose out a story, it wouldn’t be published because ‘upstairs’ would axe it. Then don’t blame us if we litereally don’t ‘buy’ them.
Which brings me back to the fact that our msm is a joke; they’re more like NO-news papers!
And WCW? Like I’ve said before, how do we reconcile the fact that he has a whole newspaper to direct and be his ‘voice’, and yet feels the need to blog??? He should stay with the msm, he also has a better editor there lah! You read his blog? Sounds VERY different from his column in the msm.
Could someone do WCW a favour and tell him that blogging is for those with something to say? Does he feel he has something to say? Why does he not say it in his msm? Is what he’s really telling us this: that our press is not a free press? OMG! Really, ah?! Knock me down with a feather already!

DIG said just now the release of the report was to sabotage police investigation. So how is the revelation of a fact or a first medical which may or may not be the correct diagnosis derail police investigation??
So either the police are absolutely sure that the first medical report was incorrect or this the repeat of 1999. I really thought this guy looked smarter than Azizan.

Sounds explosive, but I don’t think this is a potent piece of evidence.
The report is not ultimately conclusive and the doctor in fact referred the case to HKL specialist for thorough investigation.
The MSM is always careful as this is not a defining evidence and the case is still under police investigation. Plus, this is a private medical report which is not supposed to be leaked. MSM can get sued.
I will sue the MSM if they publish my medical report even if just common cold is reported in it.
Plus, this proves such conspiracy does not exist.
The report should have followed the script confirming sodomy to ensure a smooth screenplay.

Can you imagine that the STUPID MALAYSIAN POLICE is willing to put someone through all that rubbish tests, interrogations, spending the night in Lockup knowing fully well that there was no VALID Police report to begin with??? Are they out of their minds?
Worse, are Malaysians STUPID enough to put up with this? Why, oh, why are you lazy people still sitting on your asses? Is it because it is not your turn yet to sit in Jail? Is it the “Doesn’t bother me till it actually happens to me” mentality manifesting itself again?
If so, you deserve to rot. Just shut up in your hole in the ground, and watch the world pass you by. You deserve it.
If not, pick up your (fallen) balls, and let’s overthrow this stupid BN right now. I mean right now. Just wait for the announcement. And to those who said “we want to migrate”, get lost. Malaysia does not need rubbish like you either. No sense of belonging. No backbone. Hopeless case. The rest of us are going for the Jugular.

There is nothing wrong with WCW. He represents that group of chinese who believe the destiny of the chinese community lies in a symbiotic relationship with a weak and corrupt umno malay regime, so that their dominance in the retail and distribution sector can continue unhindered. They are the true parasites, the lallangs among the chinese. The best part is the malays still do not realise this.

Isn’t it strange the police can so fast make a press conference and say that this RPK Docs report is false or not without making further investigations first? The fact they already are taking sides against the accused and for the accuser smells fishy.
Perhaps it was one of their police officers that leaked it to RPK? The only one with a conscience?!!
Won’t be surprise tomorrow there will be a public retraction of this report by the very same doctor, anyone wanna put some money on this?

The spin doctors of the once known English tabloid called The People’s Paper, now affectionately known as The Toilet Paper has again shown how stupid they can be in highlighting that the MPs from BN and Pakatan Rakyat have failed to submit their written questions to Parliament.
What makes me sick is that The Star seems to go out of it’s way to discredit the Pakatan MP’s more than the BN clowns. Why not question Pak SleepyLah as to why of all the idiot MP’s in BN, why choose that oxymoron Bumb Mokhtar Rubbish as the Barisan Back Benches Club Chairman? This swine is a born idiot who could be the missing link between humans and apes that anthropologists are talking about.
It was arrogant and unrepentant oxymoron’s like Bung Mokhtar Raden that caused BN to fare badly in the last GE. It amazes me to comprehend as to why Pak Kadok The PM can’t see this. The likes of Bung Mokhtar is surely going to get hit in his ‘Kinabatangan’ by the Pakatan Rakyat MP’s.
As for The Toilet Paper, let it remain as one, as it has it’s pool of chief ass wipers like Wong Chun Wai, Wong Su Long, Josceline Tan, VK Chin etc. The day is at hand when the ass wipers and their masters will be flushed down the toilet bowl with the rest of the Toilet Paper. Hi Haris
Our dear WCW did report on this bombshell after all, albeit a bit late as he has to consult the folks at Putrajaya or else he will be skinned alive by them. And don’t forget he has a Datuk title to protect too.The contents,of course, are predictable.Late and biased as usual.Very consistent of Star and WCW.
But what I don’t understand is how this medical report falls into the hands of RPK.Who gave it to him and will he be hauled up by the police again and have to spent another night at Penjara Sg Buloh?
I like chopin,
Don’t see how it is the business of the police how RPK got the report.
It’s not covered by the OSA.

Haris,
Exactly! As rajraman666 said in the very first comment. What the **** has WCW’s opinion or actions got to do with this? Why? He needs to say something to your satisfaction before you get a hard on is it? As I am sure one Augustine Paul would agree with me, WCW is irrelevant!! He, WCW, that is, long ago made himself irrelevant. Why wait on him for?
Anyway, I just want your opinions on my own response to my predicament. I just came off after a few rounds with a mate of mine. A buddy, a friend. Now, he is known to be a wife beater, and I have known that he has also been abusing his own children and has been having an incestuous relation with his own kid.
My dilemma. He is my mate and friend. Protocol requires me not to squeal on him. What do I do?
I have now decided that I shall be guided by this world that we live in and by the actions of each and every country who call themselves friends of Malaysia. What Malaysia’s present leaders and the institutions of government are doing, as I see it, is no different from what this friend of mine is doing.
Should I listen to the advise of my Prime Minister, Abdullah Badawi, who wants me to stay out of this friend’s affairs and yet maintain my relations with him. Or should I listen to my conscience and that of my own community, and family which want me to disassociate with this friend? Some indeed want me even to report to the cops and have him arrested and put into prison as that is where he belongs.
But then again i have to listen to my Prime Minsiter, don’t I? Surely he being founder of Islam Hadhari and a graduate of Islamic Studies and all cannot be so wrong or immoral, can he?
paul,
If this narration has any truth to it, please blow the whistle on your mate.

Haha. i ask the same question to WCW in his blog.
How can this piece of information not be of use? How does the police claim that it is a sabotage without even looking at it? It seemed to point to a leaked original document and if the police termed it that way, it does show that they are at least inpartial.

The usefulness of this “leaked” medical report is that it may narrow the window of opportunity to 4 hours or so.
Assuming that this “leaked” medical report is not a fabrication, it puts the “victim” as being un-sodomised as at 2.14 pm. If the govt hospital report (I think it was somewhere around 6 pm on the same day, but I stand corrected) says that the victim was sodomised, then of course, logically, it maust have happened in the intervening 4 hrs.
This will give the police a much narrower scope to conduct their investigations. Whoever committed the crime should easily be traced with this evidence.
Of course, if this “leaked” document is a fabrication, then the Deputy IGP should say so …. but so far he has not. That’s why rumours abound !

Tomorrow you will have the great mr brains badawhi, expert on finance, economy, DNA, perjuangan melayu coming out with a statement that the doctor was wrong, he knows the act was commited because his deputy told him so,
Meanwhile hamid botak will conjure up a professorri madya with a phd on posteriietus anusscunilingus who will defend the probability of sodomy with penetration without tear as mr dsai is old so flaCIid and HE DID THE ACT. THIS WILL BE PROCLAIMED AS THE GOSPEL FROM ALL THE TOWERS OF THE LAND WITH LOUD VOICES, TO ATTEMPT TO DROWN OUT THE GROWL OF CONTEMPT the rakyat are feeling right about now.
” Now this is the interesting bit, in the interview between doctor and saifool
“The doctor said that the patient had alleged he was assaulted by the intrusion of a piece of “plastic” in the anus.” so who was doing the introducing, WHAT ASSAULT? if it happened 8-9 times?
But the biggest question that beggers belief is WHAT/ ” WHEN” “PLASTIC” OBJECT/” WAS INTRODUCED TO MR SAIFOOL POSTERIOUR, WAS A LUBRICATING AGENT USED? QBB? NEED TO RUSH OUT AND BUY SHARES.

There can be no more damning indictment of the MSM than the tardy reporting of this event. How humiliating for large news organisations with vast resources to have been scooped by “online news portals and bloggers” as The Star termed them.
Or was it perhaps a question of wilful ignorance?
Hartal MSM

THE STAR REPORT: ‘TWIST IN SODOMY SAGA’
The newspaper is the one twisting its own knickers in a knot.
(1) “Police have slammed a news portal report, which claimed that a private hospital doctor …”
a. Note that the paper leads with a counter point-of-view or voice of the authorities. Why does The Star report the police reaction first & not the actual news item much earlier in the day?
b. Why does it not mention ‘M’siakini’ instead of saying “a news portal”? It making mKini generic is rendering a comparatively freer forum for the rakyat nameless & faceless.
(2) Article second para: Quotes govt official – the deputy IGP. Typical MSM modus operandi. And spins the old saw “just another attempt by certain quarters to confuse the public”. Malaysians are a very confused lot by now, or is it The Star that is confused as to the functions of a ‘real’ newspaper?
(3) It reports: “There is no truth to these allegations,” said the Deputy IGP. Obviously Star Online’s delay in carrying the story indicates the editors were awaiting instructions & holding until the official line has been drafted for public consumption – SOP: Standard operating procedure.
(3) “In fact we interviewed the aforementioned doctor in the early stages of our investigation following the report lodged by Saiful”. – Why does MSM publicize all the story angles & opinion & commentary that cast aspersions on Anwar but black out story angles that might exonerate him?
(4) The Star further reports: How the medical report was leaked, which is a breach of patient confidentiality, is unknown, but Health Minister said the MMC must look into the case.
Again, for M’sia’s most lucrative newspaper, where’s The Star’s sense of news? This paragraph is going after ‘the whistleblower’ [unknown] or the means of disclosure. Has the paper missed the 800-lb gorilla in the room — the political impact of this news item?
(5) The Star reports: “A top Health Ministry official said the leaked report was probably not a full report because it appeared to be documenting only the superficial.” Ha-ha-ha. Who’s the unnamed ‘top Ministry official’? The MCA Minister himself?
The Star’s approach is a case of attempted sodomy – of its readers’ intellect.

Haris, you said :
[ Unless the hospital lodges a report that their records room was broken into and this record stolen! ]
The question is, does RPK has the original copy, or photocopy version. It makes a different Haris.
If RPK has the original version , perhaps he can be charge. Otherwise he can simply say someone mail him a copy of the report.
Saiful himself can request to have a copy of this medical report. It’s like when you go for your medical checkup, the doctor could give you a copy of the medical report , nothing wrong here.
Come to think of it, actually , Saiful could take a civil suit againt RPK for publishing this report.
Or the hospital for leaking this info (if it was leaked in the first place).

According to The Sun’s print edition None of this happened. Raja Petra did not publish anything on Saiful’s claim of having been sodomised. There was no such thing as Saiful having been examined by any doctor before he made the police report and there was no such medical report by such a doctor even. Talk about a Burmese muslim doctor in Malaysia…according to The Sun they don’t exist. So why report anything??
And Haris,
When you don’t know what to do about a situation I narated earlier, you learn from those who know a little more than you. Right? Thankfully, my friend’s nature and deeds are now being emulated by the Abdullah Badawi led government. My friend rapes his daughter, Badawi and his government rape everyone. You have to be thoroughly buggered if you don’t already sense it.
Now is it now not a dilemma for all the other nations who have ties with this country? Just like me, surely they must be wondering what to do.
But somehow, just because it is me and it is my friend who is buggering his daughter and I am not doing anything about it, it seems so easy for everyone of you to think the worst of me for not doing the “right thing”!
Now, I am in no different a situation as Singapore or Indonesia or the United States or any of the Gulf Countries are in relation to Malaysia. That being what it is, can I just not follow what these other countries do in response to the illegitimate government in Malaysia screwing not just one of its citizens but also the whole lot of us?
And Badawi, who is my Prime Minister thinks if my friend is raping his own daughter under his own roof, it is none of my business. Ooops…….he said that to the US didn’t he? To tell them to MYOB!!! Now how did I relate that to my own circumstances? Does it tie up??

dear haris,
if i may express an opinion, one should not bother too much with this wcw character as he had made his bed and he will have to lie in it. his stand across from truth and goodness is due to whatever reasons he may hold dear, and may his God have mercy on him.
truth is, so have a lot of senior staff at the msm’s.
in years past sans the internet, they could fool the people most of the time but in this day and age, those who started the spin have well and truly spun themselves tighter and tighter into a vortex of self delusion and impending destruction. they no longer are able to fathom what is true nor do they know the right hand from the left. there is no longer any distinction between right or wrong, black or white, truth or fiction.
as you know, sodomy is in reference to sodom and gomorrah, cities of great evil in the days of old, where the people gave themselves over to the lusts of their flesh and perversion of their minds. our nation, at this juncture is enslaved to such lusts and perversion in high places, and that their abundance and profusion have begun to overflow and seep into all strata of our society. the evidence is in the lawlessness (to mention a few off the cuff)from simple acts of beating red lights, to bribery, overt loan sharking, legalized land grab, corruption in high places, and murders most foul.
to top it all, (or will it stop at the current top?), the emasculated judicial system and civil service are manned by enuchs, at the beck and call of their masters, while juggling their own agenda.
it is such evil that we have to come against, haris my man and if i may opine, forget about those that have sold their souls for the passing baubles of hollow creature comforts. instead, and our heart felt gratitude and support will always be offered to true blue sons of the soil such as RPK the indomitable and bloggers who speak out, not in fear nor favour but for truth and righteousness.

Why don’t BN just face it? You cannot govern when the gomen, the cops, the courts have totally lost credibility. You cannot govern when you make the country a laughing stock of the international community. You cannot govern when the majority of the rakyat is against you. You cannot govern when you can’t even win a simple debate against AI.
All you’re doing is prolonging the country’s agony – fumbling and bungling and stumbling in the dark, demonstrating ineptitude and incompetence – just to delay the day of reckoning. Face the truth, for goodness sake! The writing is on the wall!

WHATEVER the kera- jagaan-(umno) spin doctors say today, the first doctors has nailed this allegation into the grave, pure and simple, like an accident scene- the first police report first-hand report and opinions, is/are viewed very seriously in first world countries. This is because the demeanor of suspects/ victims, physical evidence is very important to determine the innocense or guilt, which cannot be masked. therefore the first doctors report speaks for a lot, as after experiencing the first doctor’s refusal to declare him being sodomised, and having experienced the questions and examination, saiful can consider himself coached, so he can present himself in the proper demeanor, and get a better excuse, since the first report says there is no tearing and bleading in the first report what is to stop him from stuffing some hard solid object up his butt in between hospitals. now it will be very interesting to see what the second report says, if it says bleeding than the obvious is reckoned. Now as per regarding the statement by the Uncle Pet/ whatever, if this moron is to be believed, he says that the first doctor’s examination was very superfical and very short, (read the report again)and the doctor wasn’t proper and the first doctor just examined saiful for a few minutes, well those of you who haven’t been to a private hospital, these private hospitals are very serious when examaning apatient, THEY ARE NOT LIKE GOVT HOSPITALS, WHERE THE PATIENTS ARE LIKE CATTLE , they exam a patient throughly, a proper exam is always conducted, on the other hand especially with rape either vaginal or sodomy than even govt hospitals take these exams seriously, the patient demeanor is recorded, rectal/frontal scopes are introduced and scarring and tears are recorded and bl0od and tissue samples/ swabs are taken. this is S.O.P. for victims in our hospital system, now to say and deny a through examination was done by the first doctor, i.e implying incompetance is opening a can of worms for the pet character, (LAWSUIT) FROM THE FIRST HOSPITAL for defamation, the first hospitals bills also should shed new light to the quality and throughness of the exam. TO cut to the chase, if from the onset, the doctor’s examination shows that no blood force trauma is found, patients demeanor, and physical and physcological facts are noted in the report, from onset the doctor has noted that there is nothing remiss in the patient. a short and conscise report is made by the doctors in his professional oppinion. He has stated the facts, he does not need to write a thesis on it, basically he was being to the point, that this is a put up job and doesn’t want to be involved, not knowing the mess he got himself into by seeing this particular patient, my heartfelt pity to the life changing conscquences and torment the doctor went through and is going through by meeting this sinfull saifool.

Clearly WCW has a split personality disorder!
In his blog, he says: “If there is no case against Anwar, the police should just say there is no case.”
In the paper where he’s the No.1 man, its article yesterday said: “Police have slammed a news portal report” and quoted the deputy IGP as saying, “There is no truth to these allegations”, i.e. the doctor was pressured to change his medical report, and has disappeared or been arrested.
And since police had already interviewed Dr Osman “in the early stages” of their investigation, then it is obvious police believe they’ve got a case as they’ve not closed the investigation.
In fact, the police were bristling at mKini & M’sia Today for leaking the medical & NST Online reports: “Police, [the Deputy IGP] said, were considering investigating the news website and a blog over their reports.” In other words, investigate all and any leads to the whistleblowing.
Did the Star reporter miss hearing what the NST reporter heard? After all, they attended the same Press conference as both papers carried identical intros. Or did the Star’s top editorial decide that that little morsel of info – which its reporter may have originally included in his/her story – was ‘irrelevant’ and to be left out?
Back to:
WCW,
So personally and in your blog, you suggest that if there is no case, the police should just say so.
Let me ask you this: In all the time since Saiful’s allegations surfaced, has the paper that you helm ever carried an article that even hints at the same possibility or used the tone of doubt you employ in your cyber posting?
Or do you have a conscience to assuage only in the privacy of your blog but choose to discard a strict adherence to truthful reporting and abdicate your social responsibility in the public conduit that is The Star?

KUALA LUMPUR (July 29, 2008) : The Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) today revealed an allegation of malpractice in a RM98 million procurement for the police force involving six high-ranking officers.
Tan Sri Robert Phang during Malaysia Crime
Prevention Foundation press conference.
MCPF executive council member Tan Sri Robert Phang said he received letters which are a compilation of the malpractice on July 23 and the sender, whom he declined to disclose, had requested him to hand over the letters to Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar, Home Ministry secretary-general Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof and Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Musa Hassan.
“The whistleblower alleged that the logistic department of the police force had failed to comply with the standard operating procedure (SOP) when conducting procurement including the buying of dogs during the general election (in March).
“Allegations have also named six high-ranking officers ranging from ASP (Assistant Superintendent of Police) to CP (Commissioner of Police),” he told a press conference with former founding president of Transparency International Malaysia Tunku Abdul Aziz Ibrahim.
Phang said he had also consulted the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) and was told to hand over the documents to the agency for investigation.
“If one government agency does not follow the SOP, it will lead to malpractice and corruption.
Phang said in view of the recent crackdown on the Immigration scandal and the government’s commitment to prevent and fight malpractice as well as corruption, he had discussed the matter with Institute of Integrity Management director-general Datuk Dr Mohd Tap Salleh and Tunku Abdul Aziz.
“We decided that (the best way to uphold) transparency, is to call a press conference to tell the public about it.”
“I want to assure the whistleblower, who sent the letters to me, that I will not only hand over the letters to the ACA but also ensure that the letters reach the recipients he named, and I will also make a copy of the letters to Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan,” he said.
Phang also said he hoped that IGP, who is a no-nonsense man, will not act with double standards upon receiving the letters.
Abdul Aziz said the intention to call for the press conference was not to point fingers at the police but was an effort by the non-governmental organisation to help the police in fighting corruption.
“The whistleblower had chosen not to go directly to the authorities, probably because he does not trust the agencies to do what he considered to be the right thing, which is investigation.
“The whistleblower must have thought Phang has earned enough credibility,… that he will ensure the matters be brought to the attention of the authorities,” he added.

In many courts of law, when one is accused of murder, the accused can only be found guilty if there is no reasonable doubt present.
As far I’m concern here, this IS A REASONABLE DOUBT although medical practicioners are only “practicioners” giving their professional opinions!

“””””””””””Umno Perak offers to merge with PAS
IPOH – UMNO in Perak has offered to merge with Parti Islam SeMalaysia (PAS) and together rule the northern state, upping the ante in the so-called Malay unity talks.
Umno’s Perak chief Tajol Rosli Ghazali said that the merged parties in the state could continue to have a PAS leader as Menteri Besar.
Datuk Seri Tajol said the Umno-PAS Perak government would be more stable than the current one made up of the Pakatan Rakyat, New Straits Times reported yesterday.
‘To develop and achieve Vision 2020, we must have political stability. And it cannot exist without cooperation between Umno and PAS,’ Mr Tajol said. Malaysia plans to become a developed nation by 2020.
The offer, although immediately spurned by PAS leaders in Perak, is sure to add to worries in Pakatan about the strength of their alliance.
‘As far as PAS in Perak is concerned, we will be in Pakatan forever and ever. There is no way we will pair with them,’ said Perak Menteri Besar Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin, who is from PAS.
Pakatan is made up of the multi-racial Parti Keadilan Rakyat, the Chinese-based Democratic Action Party and Islamic party PAS.
Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi two weeks ago surprised many Pakatan leaders, including those in PAS, when he said he had held low-key meetings with PAS chiefs to talk about Malay unity and the future role of Islam in the country.
Leaders of PAS have since been split over the issue of working with Umno, seen by many as a bitter opponent for Malay votes.
Influential PAS spiritual leader Nik Aziz Nik Mat last week said that the two parties should disband and form a new party for all Malays. This was rejected by most central Umno leaders, but seemed to have found support in Umno Perak.
Mr Tajol, who was Menteri Besar in the previous administration, added another sweetener for PAS: that the party would get ‘three or four’ state executive councillor posts, the equivalent of state ministerial posts.
He said recently that the Pakatan government in Perak would fall by Aug 31, hinting at defections from Pakatan assemblymen. “””””””””””””””””
Now, heres what i dont understand. If UMNO were really sincere, why dont they offer to merge with PAS in the states where they control! and give up the Mentri Besar-ship to PAS. Say in Johor, Melaka or Pahang?
Why does it have to be in states held by Pakatan? states like Perak and Selangor Why?
You can tell here its because they want to create a backdoor opening back into power
they will never give up their own states, wake UP PAS!!!!!
