i trully believe it too. If i can add it is also how we treat the minorities. We have failed miserably…… What i’m gonna say next my hurt some..but the greatness of a nation is actually determined on how we treat our womenfolk… which we don’t…we treat them so badly…we make fun of their menses…as if it is ok to joke about it….we make fun of them and compare them to toilets…we say that if they are good looking they don’t deserve to be gainfully employed…we insist that they cover up but never admit that it’s our lust that is the source of the problem…we talk about how they dress but not about how we think….grab their ass like he own it…should chop off that bastard’s hand…but is ok coz his best friend have no respect for women anyway…if we learn to respect them…then maybe…it’s ok for a guy to record a woman’s private moment and show it to the world…i’d hang him if given a chance…bastard should never be given the pleasure of having the company of a woman….if not for the company of women most men would be lost…. maybe there’s better future for us…i don’t believe in royalty…they love to screw if it is cheap.
I say all this coz today is mother’s day..and i thank my mom (not my dad) for all the wonderful things in my life and my wife for the love that she is…she is not a mongolian model but a many splendour of a woman…thank you..

hey…I had a german shepherd/rottweiler named Rocky when I was younger!! But your rocky looks like he has more german shepherd genes. my rocky was more rottwiler because he was black and had a habit of jumping when he barked. He’s also the opposite character from your rocky because he was all bark and no bite. A big dog with a kiddy disposition!

Nice pups ! I have a mongrel whos named ROCKY.
Found him on the wayside and groomed him well ALAS a mongrel is a mongrel, no more no less.

i don’t have dogs but I do take care of stray cats that drop by my house.
it’s so heart warming that the strays take you as a friend after a while.
of course, there will be others who say that strays are dirty but what the heck, you will learn to scratch like them after a while. Ha! ha! ha!
ya, forgot, I also have this rabbit for the past 10 years and have given me tremendous joy but also a lot of hard work, ie cleaning up her mess each day.
lastly, not really religious but I guess there is no harm in quoting my friend’s mother “all are god’s creatures”

how come selangor government have the resources to send the dogs there but have no resources to help with rescue mission?
want to wait till the other side capitalize on this before they do anything is it?

The laws governing cruelity to animals are not strictly enforced. Though dogs are used for their sniffing abilities by the Armed forces, Police and Customs of Malaysia; we still do not have a comprehensive policy for dogs and cats and other domestie pets.
The SPCA KL is doing a great work in the rescue and prevention of cruelty to animals however they are under funded. My sincere hope is we will have a US styled animal policing unit with powers to rescue animals which are ill treated and to arrest animal cruelty offenders . Anba

Would like to ask you a favour to enlighten us.
In which part of the Quran does it say it’s forbidden for a Muslim to keep a dog? Or what does it really say about dogs, actually?
I’m really curious, because my cousin married this stupid UMNO guy, and he’s forbidden her from touching her father’s dogs (which she grew up with from the time when these dogs were puppies) and also cooking for her father (the wok has oink oink oil, you see, but this I understand perfectly his concern).
I wish dogs weren’t so maligned by the Muslim community in this country, because they are God’s creatures too.
I hope that one day Muslims in this country won’t have so much apprehension about what’s “haram”.
I remember eating pork at the same table with my liberal Muslim aunt 15 years ago before she migrated.
She said it was fine as long as she didn’t consume any of it.

I’ve visited FFF and they still need help urgently – be it extra pair of hands to volunteer to rescue the dog or to help out at the sanctuary itself – they need cash donation badly as they need to build new kennels for the growing population of dogs rescued – the new rescuees from pulau ketam are housed in cages, they are sad and despondent but at least they know they’re safe finally. grace was quiet and didn’t even bother to look at people who came to visit her – i don’t blame her. i think she’s still in paid despite vet treatment – imagine if you have live flesh-eating maggot inside you eating you alive! both hope and cleo are recovering well although hope is a bit reserve.
all ye people do go out to visit FFF when you have the time, do make the time, we pass through this life once but for the grace of god, we would have continued blindly down the path of no conscience or compassion.

Some persons will never know the great thrills they miss in life….like having a dog for instance, as a watch and guard for their homes but more importantly, as a friend.
My friend has literally an “army” of dogs…strays among them. She takes on the responsibility of rescueing these unfortunate creatures and gives them a home. If you saw her friends,you would not believe it….they are so beautiful.
Any nation which abhors dogs by giving as excuse religion will definitely lack heart and soul…these persons, will never while they are alive, (pity them)feel the warmth of a furry face or taste the kiss of what we humans call…dogs.
Did you know…DOG spelt backwards gives you the common name of the Almighty…..so beware before you hate a dog or disrespect it….your excuse will be unacceptable, when you stand before Him and have to give an account!!!

muslim with not 1 but 9 dogs, wow! Sorry i missed your earlier post on the haram/halal for muslim keeping k9s. I’ve been to Turkey and boy do they have dogs. Dogs everywhere, even walking them in the city.
I just wish one day i can bring mine to the local grocery store without ppl looking WTF at me.

If people cannot even have the space (democracy) to express and fight for their Rights, will there be space for People to fight for that of animals?
If people are not educated to know their Rights and fight for their Rights with the existing of a performing Juridiciary system but have to bear all kinds of abuses by those who have the obligation to protect?
Care and Sympathy make people to be HUMAN! Do we see care and sympathy from those in power and in offices?
I believe with all kinds of abuses, a lot of people are even worse than dogs in this country!
The Rights of aninals will eventually in place when Human Rights can stand firm!
