That evidence includes the findings of two pathologists, police eye-witnesses and the testimony of those who were arrested and held at the Sentul police station along with Guna.
Make time if you can to be there and lend support to this effort to get at the truth of death in custody No.1805.

All the best. Our prayers go with you, and we “bless” everyone involved. May God Bless all of you abundantly.
Please watch “Cry Freedom”, the Stephen Biko story. The similarities of the regime in power during Biko’s days and our environment today are frighteningly similar.
V for Vendetta and Cry Freedom are 2 movies all SABM and Civil Society adherents should view.
Likewise Ben Kingsley’s Gandhi.

Can we expect Samy, the “community leader”, to open a museum commemorating these horrors?

Harris,
I salute you for what you have voiced out, for speaking up for police brutality victims, especially Indians, like Gunasegaran here. Thus far, I have only seen P. Uthayakumar seriously, single handedly fighting such cases, incuding Anuar Sarip and Ho Kwai See’s cases.
Harris, if people like you come forward to speak for all and serve justice to all without any form of discrimination, Uthayakumar will definately start fighting for the poor and downtrodden Malays , Chinese and lain-lain.
Thank you and keep it up!

Haris,
I have a question.
Those who were arrested along with Guna have testified in court.
How are they protected from police harrassment and threat?
I am worried for them.
Thanks.
Siebel
Siebel,
We are trying to do what we can for them

Its a very long road to see CHANGE for the better esp.the very alarming deaths in custody but begin the journey we must.
In the developed democracies of the world esp. Europe & the USA it was the people who demanded change- slavery took many years to overcome but Martin Luther King and brave woman like Rosa Parks who refused to give up her seat for a white man during the segregation policy of the state have change the course of a Nation reeling from injustice and racism.
At times it does seem so hopeless and we as individuals so helpless against the MIGHT of a well equipped police force and those in power BUT in numbers we find strenght and courage/motivation to start the movement for change.
There is HOPE in Pakatan as only they seem to talk and want CHANGE for the good of all Malaysians.
REFORMASI !!!
REFORMASI !

Haris, P.Uthayakumar are in the forefront bringing awareness about displaced, bullied and socially divided poor malaysians.
They certainly deserve our congratulations.
Our collective wish, if I may presume, should be that these two good men and true, come together to work in this common cause…that of the upliftment of every poor Malaysian.
It was not until one attended poor Guna’s scanty funeral that one realized the extent of the social divide between the rich and poor in this country.
In that social emptiness,we saw fine gestures. Some kind person brought his coffin and what remained of the late Guna’s remains in the boot of his car.
We stood around with Haris…and Guna’s two sisters to watch the flames slowly consume.
There were no datins and datoes about to pay any kind of respect to a fellow malaysian.
How sad that civil society has not done anything to eliminate divisive social evils.
All the poor who die under brutal Police custody in this country are our unsung heroes, whose spirits are our guiding force to remain alert.
We have to resolve to never allow another such death.
All the best to Mr. Visva for being such a brave and loyal malaysian.
