PKR is not the weakest link in Pakatan Rakyat, in fact they are the strongest, said the Deputy President, Azmin Ali at a dinner, attended by over 150 PKR members in Kota Kinabalu last night…
…Sabah PKR has improved by leaps and bounds from where it was in the past few years into a formidable force and applauded the Sabah version of Buku Jingga, which lists 19 points of Sabah centric issues…
…the PKR deputy president said that seat negotiations have reached the next phase with the Pakatan leadership taking over to decide on the final list of candidates.
He also confirmed that the battle in Sabah this time around will be straight fights between Pakatan and Barisan Nasional candidates and not likely to see a repeat of the 3 -cornered and 4- cornered ones of the 2008 12 general election – Malaysiakini reporting yesterday.
You can read the report by clicking on the image of ‘Azmin’ with his head in the sand and his ass in the air!

Hi mr Eagle,
Bullshit,if we say PKR Sabah is a formidable force now. They dont even have a sabahan PKR state Liasion Chief(LC) who are seen capable to unite its Sabah local leaders what more to lead. Its appointed LC, Encik Thamrin (for the 2nd time after being chased out earlier by most of their own ketua2 bahagian) again was reported to have failed to command an adequate respect or cooperation from their ketua2 bahagian.
Unlike the local opposition leaders from DAP(MP-Dr Hiew), SAPP(President-Datuk Yong Teck Lee)and STAR(Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan-Sabah Chief) to name a few,who are seen in the mainstream media almost everyday highlighting problems & issues affecting malaysian in Sabah, En.Thamrin,on the other hand is hardly seen doing similar things.
He is probably busy daydreaming on how to manage Sabah should the opposition capture the state during the coming PRU13.
On the so-called straight fights(between BN and PR),how could it be possible if PR does not include the local opposition parties esp.SAPP & STAR in their side as reported.
In PR terms, the opposition(including in Sabah)seems to be comprised of PKR/PAS/DAP only.
Once again bullshitt!!!

Such banal statement from Pretty-boy!
Hey, go back to your sleep and if you can’t handle things within PKR, just bugger off, don’t mess up Pakatan Rakyat.

Sabah PKR is in disarray. Yet it is beating its chest in its bid to ‘mark out’ its territories in the run-up to the division of seats to be contested among opposition parties in the coming GE. Once the numbers have been finalized, it will be a precedent to be repeated in subsequent elections; hence the current importance of getting the lion’s share. For PKR, it is not about winnable candidates or seats but a ‘marking’ of territories among opposition parties.
PKR should emulate PAS by working from the ground up. Start grooming new leaders instead of propping up the current ones that are useless. At present, only DAP, SAPP and STAR have a fighting chance to win seats in Sabah. If PKR is serious about PR marching to Putrajaya this GE; be pragmatic and forget about trying to grab the lion’s share of seats in Sabah.
PKR the strongest link in Pakatan Rakyat; with straight fights between PR and BN in Sabah. Just early April Fool’s jokes from Azmin; with him being shown as the fool come this GE.

This moron certainly has “his head buried in the sand and his silly ass up in the air”…well said bro ! Typical UMNO styled assessment with the “semuanya okay”….and no substantial facts to back-up or plain ignorant of the fact that Sabah is the weakest link in the PR coalition with many PKR members jumping ship like rats scurrying for dryer haven in a thunderstorm. Something about Sabah politics really irritates me. Looks like it’s each man is for himself and to help himself only ! Sheeesh !

He aught to be kicked hard on that same protruding butt and be told not to be greedy. Statements like these would cost the party’ its credibility especially among people in the know as tHaris’s blog is already indicating and it will act as fodder for BN
Watch out Azmin Ali…..

For change to a better nation,PR must drop AI and Azmin.Let PAS lead as leader who value Islam are less likely to be corrupted.AI is a disgrace to Islam,in spite of his years with Abim, his many nuf including becoming PM is heavy and only pretend about caring for the rakyats as his means. He cannot even treat his comrade RPK with respect. He is the biggest munafiq and only play to the gallery without any ikhlas.I doubt he is guided by the kithab.

Azmin Ali is still ‘living yesterday’!
Tired faces with baggage like his need to go, and be replaced by fresh young faces from within the party. He can deny all he wants but Malaysians have not forgotten 80% of Pakatan Rakyat problems were from direction of PKR.

I think Haris wrote this blog with the intention of letting Azmin Ali see reason, talk sense and notice the realities of AI’s misunderstanding of PKR’s so called ‘greatness.and strength.
Anwar Ibrahim, on the other hand has his inherent strength as a politician, he can sway a crowd, with relevant rhetoric. In the dirty politics that this country is used to and which we are trying so hard to change, Anwar Ibrahim at least has the guts to tell BN off, quite effectively and loudly. In that sense he is echoing the voices of the People. He has got the message that the People want change.
Mr. Sampalee if you dismiss him, who is an asset as an opposition politican, albeit he is a former, but I’d like to think he has changed for the better now……who at this crucial time can be chosen who will use rhetoric the way he does. He knows the art of getting into the hearts of the Rakyat at large.
Mr. Sampalee just remember that politics is not final, you cannot arrange things…..if Anwar Ibrahim goes he will by the will of the people, you do not chuck him out, so that you see change overnight.

AI can be replaced with greater success by her daughter.AI can make a declaration he would not take up any cabinet post when pr win and stick to it.A amall sacrifice for change. He already has his days as deputy PM.Tak puas lagi

Uncle Haris, How will this affect the ABU/BN movement by the Rakyat? Though I personally know that it is a slim chance that BN will lose the federal government, we will not stop fight for a better Malaysia for all..

Thank you Mr. Sampalee…..I agree that Nurul Izzah has guts and has the makings of a politician-statesman and if everything goes well, yes, she has the right shoe size to fill the post as the first woman PM of Malaysia.
At the moment she is young and she is also working hard to win the hearts and minds of the People. Thiink she is succeeding.
Age is also not on AI’s side, so he may do exactly as you say, who knows. Your thinking is excellent, you believe in the young being given a chance. You mean to say Anwar cannot see the makings of a leader in his daughter?
Give AI credit ,,,,he is a free man.now and he sounds promising
AI did not really come quite to the fore in the former Cabinet…Mahathir was jealous of his fiery temperament, he was Mahathir’s slave so he had to do his bidding, he rose to prominence as a detainee and gained the Peoples’ sympathy
Let’s just hope that he will make the right moves and become a champion of human rights….he will go down well in history if he really keeps his promises that he is so effectively making to the People, at his ceramahs.
Anwar said to great applause, some time ago “The Chinese, the Malay and the Indian are ALL children of Malaysia…..why make the difference” This is a strong statement and he is duty-bound to do what he promises. He cannot and must not let the People down.

Azmin Ali is and has been power crazy from day one. He would willfully destroy PKR rather than let some other more capable and charismatic person take over as the deputy President.
This trait of his was very evident during the PKR elections. He is another Najis. He would fight tooth and nail just like the UMNO president who declared to defend Putrajaya at any cost.
Azmin Ali was the man who decided not to give the leadership of PKR to any Sabahan if he was not a Malay Muslim. Doesn’t that clearly show his UMNO roots? What is wrong for a non-Malay/Muslim bumiputra from Sabah holding the reins of leadership?
Sabah PKR under his guidance is not at all cohesive and does not reflect the will of the Sabahans.
True leaders worth their salt would put the welfare of the party and the members FIRST and would support and garner all the support they could get, even if it means they have to swallow their pride and ego. He was the one who literally destroyed Zaid and removed Jeffrey Kittingan from holding the top post in PKR Sabah.
It is one thing to go on a syiok sendiri exercise as being orchestrated by Najis but who is fooled? Claiming overwhelming support only caresses and massages ones ego. Nothing more, nothing less.
If Pakatan Rakyat really wants the support of ALL Sabahans, the top PKR leaders in Peninsular Malaysia should wake up from their self-induced slumber and listen to the grass root leaders in Sabah. Electoral candidates should be drawn up ONLY AFTER discussing with all the stakeholders in Pakatan Raluat Sabah.
Unilateral decision on candidate selection and the syiok sendiri declaration that it will be a two way fight between PR and UMNO/BN are not going to help PR win Sabah.
The less Azmin Ali talks and believes in his drivel, the better it is for Pakatan Rakyat and Sabah.

Haris, what Azmin says is true. If PR were to win the next GE you can bet your bottom dollar that PKR will be swarmed with a sudden wave of influx of UMNO members. PKR’s membership will swell with all the rats deserting the sinking UMNO. In short PKR will be new UMNO. It is for this very reason that Anwar till date has not in public regretted joining UMNO neither has he apologized for his misdeeds while in UMNO . He is playing cards rather well and keeping his options open. All the non Malays in PKR will in time then will slowly and subtly find themselves marginalized. Key position will eventually be given to these new UMNO recruits. Eventually PKR will become the strongest party within PR. Anwar and Azmin will slowly then neutralize the strength of DAP first and eventually PAS soon after. LGE’s head will be the first to roll as how some of yesteryear’s darlings of PR fell out of favour the moment they gave constructive criticisms to PR. Yourself, RPK, HINDRAF, etc are living proof’s to that. You see , Anwar and Azmin can leave UMNO but they can’t take the ‘UMNO’ out of them !
