“We need to break this stranglehold of fear over our society, we need to set ourselves and our people free.
How?
…I feel afraid but I know I cannot afford to be. So I push and push through the layers of fear which are like strong cobwebs trying to hold me back. Others are looking to us. The good people who want to do the right thing are looking to us. We cannot but overcome our fears and step forward on April 28 and do the right thing for this nation”.- Thomas Fann

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

The moment we are born, we are born with a death sentence. Everything that lives must die one day. Once we realize this, then what is there to fear any more?? As long as what we do is accountable to Heaven, the Earth that we walk on, and our conscience, what have we to fear?? Amar Makruf Nahi Munkar … the Righteous must walk the talk and DO the Righteous things, not just talk about being Righteous.
The ONLY Righteous thing to do is to Duduk Bantah at Dataran Merdeka on the 28th April 2012, Saturday from 2 pm to 4 pm. It is the RIGHT of every RAKYAT of Malaysia to be governed by the government of our choice through FREE & FAIR Elections!

Sura An Nisa Ayat 95:
“Not equal are those Believers who sit (at home) and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit (at home): unto all (in faith) hath Allah promised good: but those who strive and fight hath He distinguished above those who sit (at home) by a great reward.”

A POEM IN HONOR OF THE DOCTORS WHO STOOD UP IN THE BERSIH 2 TUNGSHIN HOSPITAL INCIDENT – it applies to all
Live not in fear
Shall we fear when Truth becomes inconvenient?
Or shall we fear to speak when untruth surrounds us?
Shall we fear the law which is to protect all?
Or shall we fear to act and let lawlessness rule?
Shall we fear to change for it is uncomfortable?
Or shall we not join the forces that make change possible?
Today, fear bridles your love for peace.
Your yearning for freedom is but a dream.
You fear to walk, less your life be snatched.
The street you once loved is now your fear.
You fear to complain for it puts you in a spot.
You fear to stop wrongs for it shows you weak.
You fear the law for it protects not all.
Your fear the halls of justice and the shadows behind the wall.
Eventually, the fear you fear consumes you all.
Leaves your body empty of spirit and soul.
You become nothing but a falling leaf,
To be swept away into darkness like a rotting heap
Of broken men without hope or love,
Groveling for crumbs from the master’s table.
You fear other voices,
Because it tells the truth.
You fear the truth for it foretells your lies.
You fear to speak without a spin.
Your tolerance for truth has just gone thin.
Power you use to suppress the truth.
The cells of history have many good men.
Who one day will appear to unlock the secrets,
That you so tenderly keep from the streets.
Doctors fear not when you are right.
Speak the truth and bring on the light.
Fear not the fear, where darkness hides.
You heal sometimes but never shall harm.
To comfort always those in need.
What gives you the strength is that you are right.
Join hands together for the fight.
For better care and patient’s rights.

Why fear anyway, because, remember our PM Najib said just recently that Malaysia is on the way to becoming one of the finest democracies, so he cannot break his word and order tear gas and water cannons on us, peaceful people. Can he?
Besides isn’t freedom from fear, one of the four essential freedoms in a democracy and we are on the road to becoming one of the world’s finest democracies.
Come Saturday, the 28th April 2012 when we are all peacefully ,gathered as one People under Bersih, to ask for clean and fair elections, Najib can show the world that he is allowing us the freedom to assemble and to assemble without fear.
Bersih 3.o will be the finest testing ground for Najib to show the world that Malaysia is truly on the way to becoming one of the finest democracies in the world!
Dear Malaysians, ALL do not be afraid, Najib will not let Malaysia.down…he has already told the world that we are on the road to becoming one of the world’s finest democracies.
