“Bersih! Bersih! Bersih”, were the chants that greeted Najib as he started to address Malaysians in London.
“Can you please stop it? Can you stop it, please?…I know, I know, but can you stop it? You can meet with me later, okay? Please, can you stop it?…No, no, no, okay… alright, alright, you… no, no, you wait for me,” , Najib, in sixes and sevens, tried to have his say.
Malaysiakini has the story HERE.
And here’s the video for your viewing pleasure.
This really made my day!

He’s just plain stupid to think that those “unpaid real citizen of Malaysia” would not take the opportunity to do this in a democratic country.

after watching the video I couldn’t really laugh. Only a handful of guys were doing that? What happened to the rest of them? Just stood and waited for a beautiful and inspiring speech from him?

Why should anyone in the hall needs to stop?…that event was paid by Malaysian Tax payers’ money. It should be him, UMNO PM, to stop talking and start listening….
Without your blue uniformed baboons shielding you, you were C4-ed by Bersih!! Bring your lies back to the kampungs and ooze out your shit to the ignorant folks.

Dan,
The WHOLE crowd did not look that big and that “handful of guys” looked like they took up one corner of the crowd. Further, you probably heard the guffaws from the person who filmed the event so there were probably other “sleepers in that crowd.
I’m not sure if the rest of the speech was “beautiful and inspiring” but I’m gonna look around YouTube to see if Najib did meet up with the Bersih folks later as he offered to.
I saw a comment on facebook that clarified that only 3 Malaysians were involved in the BERSIH chants.
They were apparently bundled out of the hall.

That’s precisely the point. Will he even listen to 3 if he ignored 300,000? (OK I am not sure how many on 28/04 but I am sure the number is a 6-digit number from what I saw.)

Dan,
He may not listen no matter how many speak out, but by geez, you betcha last dollar he heard them and they are all saying “Goodbye” 🙂

Damn!! They sure made a lot of noise for 3 persons 🙂
I did come across some thing which said they were “seen off the premises”. So much so, for our PM’s offer to meet later.

Stuju, ini semua sebab UMNO/BN. Sogok PERKASA, IKHLAS, MAMAK GANG, PDRM, dll yang memberi contoh yang salah. Ed, tolong nasihat UMNO/BN jangan jadi haram jadah.

This is not right. As evil as he may be. We Malaysians should not have gone to this extreme. He (PM) was polite enough to let them laud. We should not behave like the sarcastic and stupid PERKASA, Mamak Gang and PDRM.

This is bad. Although he may be a evil, he is still our PM and we should not make him feel small like this. We should not emulate the stupidity of his Cabal’s like PERKASA, Mamak Gang, the Home Minister or even the deputy police chief Khalid Abu Bakar. We as Malaysians should respect our leaders. I’m saddened by their behaviours.

The various gangs are approved by him to do the dirty work. He and his gang makes us feel small and abuse our rights. Respect him when he doesn’t even respect us?

Dear fellow Malaysians, in order to kill a snake you chop off its head. You put a dog down if it bites its owner. We voted Najis Najib in. We don’t have to live a lie anymore. No matter which puppet you elect, the country will still be run by a puppet. Malaysia is a beautiful country, run by an Idiot!

Hahaha!!! He forgot, this is London not his Bolehland. British bobbies aren’t pdrm!
Yeah an uncivilised politician don’t deserve respect – remember the razor wires, merciless tear-gas and chemical laced water cannons pounding Malaysians at Bersih 3.0 in the streets of Kuala Lumpur just because they call for Clean, Free and Fair elections?
This experience may perhaps give him a better perspective into his ‘popularity’ eh?

I walked with bersih 1,but we are dignified and do not jeered at the police and FRU.However many of us were disgusted when AI came at the 11th hour and hijacked our effort. The crowd and bersih 3 have been undermined.
The typical crowd also went for the jugular of Tunku Aziz. One thing I am certain is most fence sitter will move away from PR.They have seen through the charade.
Politics know no virtue, but one must be careful not to overplay as it can backfire

Ali Karim;
Civility is only given when we have respect for that person or party!…have this bloke respected our rights? Did he not send the blue baboons to whack the innocent supporters of Bersih 3.0?…just for calling for a clean GE?
The term “Jurang Ajar” should apply to these evil and uncouth b*stards in the UMNO regime. The bottom line, this Mongolian C4 does not represent me, he is an UMNO PM, unelected by the rakyat!

I do support bersih, but this guy is no manners. We are Malaysian, we got ‘tatasusila’. When someone in a someone function, we should respect them. Do it before or after the ‘majlis’ lah. If we act such a way, it makes us no different than them.

The crowd would have been bigger if not for a working day, and many students were unable to make it as it was start of examination week effective mon 14 May 2012 for most universities in UK.

But after all there is such a thing as a ready-made lie and he was using it to effect…..maybe we ought to call it a noble lie….one, due to its status is not supposed to be believed!!!

Perhaps, apologists for UMNO, reflect on the many occasions at Pakatan ceremahs where the Opposition leaders (even a decent lady) were rudely and violently disrupted by hooligans and UMNO samsengs. Was that civility. Was that how Malaysians should behave? Come on you “holier than thou doers”, get off your high horse and be real!
