A couple of days ago, on 11th December, 2012 to be exact, it was reported in Malaysiakini that Mahathir, rather strangely, openly stated that he is satisfied with Najib’s performance as Prime Minister.
“Whether he’s my nominee or somebody else, I will campaign if somebody does not perform and in my view, Pak Lah didn’t perform,”, Mahathir said.
Asked whether his answer meant that he was satisfied with Najib’s performance, he responded, “yes, I’m satisfied”.
(Note: What exactly Mahathir means by the Prime Minister being someone’s nominee is in itself alarming and telling, but thats something for another day.)
Seemingly this was in total contradiction to stories abounding that Mahathir together with Muhyiddin and Mukhriz had ganged up on Najib and were seeking to “do him in” at the right time.
What was even more strange, nay astounding, was Mahathir coming out in Rosmah’s defence on the same day stating that she had every right to be as high-profile as she so determines.
“The Prime Minister’s wife, Rosmah Mansor, has the right to have as high a profile as she likes”, Dr. Mahathir is reported to have said, according to a Malaysiakini report.
Now everyone who has kept a ear to the ground knows the distaste that Mahathir harbours for her.
So what is happening?
A deal made between Najib and Mahathir?
The following day, on 12th December, 2012, Deepak came out with “all guns blazing”, stating that he will shortly publish two books, including a 26-page booklet to be launched next Monday detailing all he knows about Rosmah’s role in the murder of Altantuya and the silencing of P.I. Bala through the second statutory declaration. Malaysiakini has the report HERE.
The report states:
“Controversial businessperson Deepak Jaikishan is going to write a 26-page tell-all booklet in which he plans to link the wife of the prime minister, Rosmah Mansor, with the saga of murdered Mongolian woman Altantuya Shaaribuu.”
One day later, on 13th December, 2012, Deepak came out with further revelations, stating that Nazim, Najib’s brother, was the one he met and who paid off P.I.Bala. Malaysiakini has the report HERE.
Remember the story about the little boy who throws the stone and hides his hand?
Najib should remember that you do not need to fear your enemy as much as your ‘friend’ who suddenly starts flattering you and acting overly pally with you.
He may have been a young man then, but surely he remembers scenes of the old man hugging Musa Hitam and declaring them to be the best of buddies shortly before….well, thats history.
The same thing happened to Anwar too.
Najib, beware the bearer of glad tidings.

If Najib is ousted before GE13, and Muhyiddin takes over as PM, we the Rakyat must stay focus and not lose steam. We must still go all out to vote for Pakatan Rakyat and give them a chance to govern Malaysia.

With so much shits hitting the fence Najib is utterly toxic and completely indefensible. I am more inclined to believe that Najib, being spineless as he is, has already made a deal (more or less) to step down voluntarily. Of course the F lady will not give in without a fight, so we are seeing a lot of firepower training on her.
The tell-all book from the carpetman may not materialize. It may not need to materialize, as it is going to be very damaging to umno as a whole. It will depends on how the F lady behaves. But the F lady may resort to desperate measures, and the old fox may be forced to go to the extreme as well. The old fox is getting quite desperate himself, as time is not on his side. Lets sit back, I am sure more fireworks are on the way.

Yes, the ex-dictator is a brilliant politician. The dictator personally “killed off” a few deputy. Anyone or any institution which gets into his way will be eliminated and replaced by those whom will sing his song. Some say sucks or licks his…
The dictator has single handedly destroyed the four pillar of democracy; executive, legislative, judiciary and monarchy. I don’t know how long will take Malaysia to restore the rule by people and for the people.
If the kampung folks continue to sembah the dictator and UMNO, God help Malaysia.

You can see Mahathir’s hand all over UMNO/BN on a regular basis now. Even for example the 4G licenses to Syed Mokhtar – who is he kidding?
Make no mistake. THIS GE is turning out to be Everyone else Vs. Mahathir.. Everyone even Anwar is secondary player.

All the polls showing Najib’s personal popularity (including those doctored—no pun intended) is higher than BN’s is indicative that Najib knew and knows that many in UMNO and BN “have their knives out” for him. To try and save himself he has tried in many ways to build-up his own image and popularity in the hope that those in UMNO who are out to get him will feel that he is indispensable and that they need him to lead BN in the election. Hence we have had to endure absurdities like his large picture appearing on the side of the commuter trains and, together with that of the Fat Lady, at other laughable locations. Sadly for him, the Mastermind is two steps ahead of him and has been battering away at his image. Looks like Its going to be quite a massacre.

Singa Terhormat,
My guess is that Mahatir has no choice but to show support for Najib because there is simply not enough time to replace Najib before GE13 and Mahatir cannot afford to have BN lose power.
Thus, from Mahatir’s viewpoint, it is better to give a semblance of unity in a crumbling UMNO and hope like buggery that BN can still win GE13.
Najib Razak is a dead man walking, unfortunately for him, because win or lose, he is kaput after GE13.

InsyaAllah…will be the end of UMNO Baru (mind u, UMNO Baru killed the original UMNO!!! in 1988 after Team A & Team B rivalry) for good after the GE 13th soon, the registered voters will wisely choose their rightful govt. of choice, to determine their own destinies & for their forthcoming generations…it’s not a 5 year stand, it’s for their betterment to have good governance to run the country…not by shouting slogans, on billboards, in the media etc…etc…tq…nan123
