Got an email urging me to ban Ellese commenting here.
Frankly, I’d rather not.
I mean, yes, we all know he / she / it’s probably a paid trooper detailed to distract us from the real issues calling for our consideration.
But his / her / its “INSENSICAL” was absolutely priceless!
So I think let him /her / it stay, but maybe the way to deal with him / her / it is to just ignore any comment if its his / her / its usual crap.
If he /she / it comes up with another gem much like “INSENSICAL”, we could always acknowledge our gratitude for this comic relief from the madness that grips the nation.
Meanwhile, Ellese, take this cue from me, please.
I’m tired of having to read through to moderate your lengthy comments.
Keep them short ( and I mean short ) and relevant to the post under comment.
If you can’t adhere to this, carry your comment in your own blog.

Good morning, Haris. We find enough comic relief to guffaw over the mindless antics of our BN clowns…and so we could do without Ellese adding his/her/it’s share to your blog which caters for more mature thoughts and discussion.
More importantly, we don’t want to imagine you having to spend time to moderate her “INSENSICAL” stuff…don’t spend your energy there. You are too precious to civil society…to us. My vote:BAN!!

Thank you.
I’ll reply in brief.
1) I’m not a paid cybertrroopers. Bn or Umno dont know me. I write my own views. Anyone accusing me as a paid cybertrooper with intent to lower my estimation is lying.
2) singa previous article on civil servant contains several misleading statements. The comment you censored showed the percentage is not supportable and wrong. I’ve been highlighted that ILO did a proper comparison and we have much lower percentage than developed countries like Germany France uk. There’s a reference in my blog.
3) my contention is that singa wrote to mislead. This to me cannot be tolerated. We cannot allow falsehood to form a perception of truth.
4) in civil liberties, if you disagree you rebut. You don’t ban or censor for simply for having contrarian views. In my case I’m pointing out a false and misleading article. It thus therefore is relevant. I welcome those who challenge my basis of contention.

Itulah Ellese, sudah nasib badan awak. Belum insaf lagi.
Most of us would like take on you intelligently. But if you continue to reply base on personal attack or they say hitting below the belly, then you get the kind reprisal that you deserve.
Debate on the issue if you can. The problem is, you cannot hold your fork tongue, you have to name us before commenting, like rubbish, idiot, stupid, partisan mind set, liar etc etc. Hmm… strange that sound similar to you, Ellese.
Behave lah… Okay, Ellese?

Wave,
Long time no see. You know me. I’m not dazed by this. Been there already. Truth will always prevail.
You know I can write many ways. When people write contemptuously and with disdain, I’ll reply the same. It’s been like this. And most of the writing are on this manner so I gave back the same.
The only difference is I provide basis and support which you know many have been unable to rebut and accept. Just like the civil service article by singa. It’s downright misleading and leads to insensical useless conclusion. And you know I’ll write without fear and direct in the face. I know you don’t like it. But I stand firm with what I firmly believe as the truth.

I, too, feel that banning “it” would be counter to the norms of free dialogue. This pestilential creature, despite “its” additions to the English dictionary, malapropisms and claims of being the product of a top university etc., etc., etc., should be permitted the floor and, with luck, try not to bore us stiff with the interminal and senseless monologues “it” currently inflicts on us.

These pests are part of the political ecosystem and play a significant role in moving the undecided to towards ABU. The represent the broken regime accurately …with their demonstrably poor mastery of both language and logic, their tendency to be unintentionally ridiculous and their proclivity to rant uncontrollably .

Banning this UMNO creep Ellese will not be the solution rather be seen as a cowardice act to shut him up!…although, we can anticipate the mindset of a deranged low being. Yes it must be tearing-your-hair-out tiresome to moderate the blatantly propaganda rubbish “Ellese” keep churning out.
But I’d urge you to continue to allow her comments through, editing out any wayout stuff if at all necessary (tagging on a note to that effect).
Reason?
I think there is nothing more condemning than proof from the mouths of the Devils we know, or from the keyboards of their New Media cybertroopers.
How much more proof positive is there than when Najib opens his mouth and spews something like “Best Democracy” or “Janji DiTepati” or that lenghty “You help me, I help you” speech in Sibu?
No one put those words in his mouth; he said it himself, and often in front of a large audience. Cannot try to wriggle out with “they misquoted me” or “they lied”.
So too “Ellese” and her repeated churning out of propaganda. Shows just what BN supporters (I’m being kind there) or more likely, “paid mercenaries”, try to do to please their masters.
As an extreme example, just go have a look at DATUK (do excuse my use of CAPS for emphasis) Rocky and his mega-bodek “Malaysian of the Year 2012” available at http://www.rockybru.com.my/2013/01/malaysian-of-year-2012.html .
Do be warned to do so on an empty stomach, or have a supersized puke bukcet by your side. If you really, really want to test the limits of how much insult your sanity can take, go on to read some of the comments.
So, again I say – Do continue to allow comments from “Ellese”. Give her and her ilk rope to hang themselves.

If you don’t have an UMNO/BN cybertrooper in your blog, you are not respectable at all! Like it or not, being a victim of UMNO/BN malice is a badge of honor, a feather in the cap – especially so for a revolutionaire..Did Che Guevera or Fidel Castro complain about being hunted down or target of assasination? No, they turn it with their audience against the attackers..
When you have them paying expensive hackers to mount a massive cyber attack on you. Then, its time to worry as the cost of defense then should worry – for your supporters..

Haris,
Not that it really matters, Ellese is a male using a female name. He answered that question obliquely in a response to a poster in his blog.
In comparing Ellese’s first few comments on your blog to the current comments received, I suspect Ellese is now made up of multiple persons using the same nick as the quality of Ellese’s commentary has deteriorated considerably.
I agree with JAmY in that I feel you have better things to do than to moderate Ellese’s lenghty comments. To my mind, only two or three of Ellese’s comments have ever added anything to the dialogue we have been having here to improve the well-being and welfare of the rakyat of Malaysia.
At the risk of being accused of posting a long and rambling comment myself, I conclude with the following.
Ban or edit the long rambling commentaries. After all, we already know the stance, Ellese will be taking.
Shorter commentaries by Ellese are at your discretion – with or without editing.
P.S. To Ellese, I wish I could tell you how much I will miss crossing swords with you but I can’t 🙂 Heheheheh 🙂
P.S.S More power to you, Haris Ibrahim.

Or…….guess what…….treat him/her in a right noble fashion…..maintain a kind silence like the Administration!!!…when he rants!
I feel sorry for him/her….Madam Ellese….he/herwants to mate up with us, so please Haris and all , let’s just be…..kind and allow him space, which I think he/she has tried with other bloggers and probably got booted out…….that’s why he warns us about his ‘renowned’ reputation.

I accord due respect to those who firmly believe in freedom of expression despite instigation by others to exercise censorship.
Since the above contains inaccurate false information and besmirched me, I will exercise the right to reply in brief as required by haris.
1) my handle is unique. It has a meaning. I’m the only one using it.
2) in commenting, gender is and never was immaterial. In any event I’ve never proclaimed I’m a woman.
3) I’m not a paid cybertrooper. I don’t get a sen and no one in bn or Umno knows me.
4) my censored comments gave stats to show the falsehood by singa. If you disagree you must rebut like I did with singa. Censorship and banning reflects the poor stand of the person on freedom of expression and ability to rebut.
5) the arguments put forth by the above commentators have been countered many times and are really ‘funny’ comments. The following are recycled arguments put forth again and again.
1) an opinion in line with whom I support is always right no matter it’s false or a lie and it is not a propaganda. Any contrarion opinion will always be a propaganda notwithstanding its the truth.
2) freedom of expression and free media means a media which publishes views in line with my thinking and bans or censors contrarion views.
3) a person you agree with is not a paid cybertrooper notwithstanding the fact you know he’s been funded to write about your agenda. A person who holds a contrarion view will always be a paid cybertrooper even though not a single sen is paid.
4) right or wrong will depend on who you support. A similar act has different value depending on who you support.
Funny kan?
As written many times, I defend my name/handle. I will not be cowed to speak the truth despite the threat to ban or censor me or the ad hominem attack on me.
Wave33
January 2, 2013
Ad hominem? Sudahlah… You are the EXPERT on it. I have repeated many times not to use it and you still continue doing it. Bad habits hard to break.

Here we go again same tactic wave. Weve gone through this many times before. Look at my censored write. I put a basis that the article is flawed misleading false and leads to a malicious illogical insensical conclusion. When one writes like that its more than fair to conclude that the person spread lies together with those who publish it. I write with the same disdain singa wrote. As usual I will ask again for you to justify. You will not touch the merits and then we start accusing each other. Go back to what I wrote. The article spread lies and falsehood. It’s more than fair for me to remark on the author.
Ps: wasn’t our last debate where I pointed your double standard on applying ad hominem. Are you or are you not against ad hominem?

The freedom to comment in this blog should not be mistaken as a right, It is a privilege! But I wouldn’t want to go so far as to say banning this no-brainer trooper is a right or wrong move. Ultimately, it is a decision of the blog owner. If Haris feels he has the time to spare moderating on what I would call cyber garbage that is, to put it appropriately, more fitted to fill the Recycle Bin or Tong Sampah, then it is his right to do so.
I am all for the freedom of speech and expression but not when you have this mistaken belief that you can use this freedom accorded to you as a leverage to inflict harm and injury upon someone’s character which, in this case, the authors in particular. This is a total violation of proper decorum. You can only agree to disagree.
In conclusion, sHe, it, and all that priceless “INSENSICAL” crap are nothing more than spins and repair jobs. It’s all about trying to instil a forced opinion that is considered absolute while condemning others of theirs. Strangely, sHe, it has no issues with anything that is wrong with the country. And I am to understand the meaning of the word “partisan” here. What rubbish!
Nothing is more horrifying than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.

I vote ‘ No Ban ‘ . After all we the ABUs supports freedom of expression. Painful as it is reading his/her/its comments, we should let him/her/it rant because I don’t think many people can understand what he/she/it is writing about due to his/her/its poor command of the english language and the illogical reasonings, if you can call it reasoning. His/her/its ” INSENSICAL ”

Your type of truth is simply using small slices of the truth where it suits you. Your puppet-master doesn’t like it when the rakyat uses the same tactic, eh? 🙂

Go read a bit on comparing civil service number from credible sources ie don’t read propagandist dap publication on this out there (published in FMT). Dont have to read my blog. With 1.3 million civil servants to a population of 28 million, Malaysia has one of the highest civil servants-to-population ratio in the world by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development standards.
UK with 444,000 civil servants to a population of 63 million.
