Ambiga sms’d me this morning.
I called her on the phone.
I laughed about Malaysiakini’s report yesterday, and Ambiga, too, when she found out that Singa Terhormat and I are not one and the same person.
We’re having coffee tomorrow.
There’s too much of mutual respect between us to allow differences of opinion to blind either of us to this most important fact : we are both fighting to ensure the right of the rakyat to decide the future of our nation is not taken from them.
Chill, people.

Well, I am glad to read that Ambiga and you are having coffee Haris. Make sure that you are not dictated to, and that you meet her as equals.
I think Ambiga should clarify what she said, and why she said that, that is the right thing to do, not call Haris for coffee, and walk away. And if she has any integrity, she should apologise without reservations.
We shall we how much of a woman Ambiga is, or isn’t.

I saw that video clip. Honestly, whether be it ABU, ALI or ATAN, such threats shouldn’t be said. After all, how serious are the ABU team with those threats??? Even if foreigners are spotted going to vote stations, would the ABU team really dare to do anything threatening???
Look, Haris Ibrahim is merely just a blogger & nothing more than that. In short say, he’s just a KEYBOARD WARRIOR & a keyboard warriors can only make themselves look good, fierce & serious under the keyboard. However when outside the keyboard, they are just as tiny & as cowardly as a rat seeing a mouse.
I just can’t wait to see ABU idiots on polling day. I’ll perhaps wear my notorious ANTI ABU tees & I wonder would any of those ABU cowardly pussies confront me. Hell!!! I’m very frightened…hahahahaha. Are they gonna shoot me down holding keyboards & keypads hallucinating like druggies thinking its a machine gun? Perhaps all i would need to say is jst a word of “SHOOOO!!!” & those ABU pussies would perhaps run shelter back to their own pondok panas.

Rafiee, the only thing obvious from your posting is that you have never met Haris. Your description of keyboard warriors fit the UMNO cybertroopers, of which you are probably one, but certainly not Haris.
On a different note, why should any of the ABU boys confront you on polling day? Are you saying that you obtained your MyKad illegally and that you are one of the foreigners happy to interfere with our electoral process for a few bucks?

Rafiee,
Going by what you have written, I can see you do not know that Haris Ibrahim is a bit more than just a keyboard warrior.
I guess that is because you are used to reading pro-UMNO blogs which are mostly written by bloggers who are keyboard warriors.
In a free and democratic country, you should be allowed to wear Anti-ABU tee-shirts and shoo away anybody you please. You know what they say about sticks and stones.
Let us try and do some things differently from our forefathers. By all means, keep the competitive spirit, the passion of the intellectual debates BUT without the anger and the hatred.
Please, I beg you, no violence.
We are all Malaysians.

Hard to put my finger on it… is it the smell of policemen’s trousers? … the school bully’s foul breath? … BN supporters have a peculiar reek about them… reminds me of hydrogen sulphide… the stench of rotten eggs, that’s what it is!

In 1957 I was 7 years old. I remember on a bus, a man was talking. An Indian man. He said how can we be so stupid? The British people has been good. We are part on British Empire! If they leave we would be weak. How can we defend ourselves? Now we have peace, we can cari makan. Why merdeka? Change dangerous…
Now I hear the same song….are we strong enough to break free?…to be brave….or are we still afraid?

But Haris you must have a say on what is published on ABU?. I hope both of you get together not only for now but even when PR occupies PJ in a few months time. You both and other “Third Force” units are necessary to be the “Checkers & Balancers” of our dear beloved 1Malaysia.

Raffie, or what every your real persona is, really U would not like to met Harris Ibrahim on a bright day let alone a dark night. Not that he is nasty. He will simply sweep u into the nearest drain with one hand. “KeyboardWarrior”, ????? Harris Ibrahim??? Not by a loong shot. I would not dare, and I have known for years, and I am about 12 years older.

This a message for Bersih 2.0
Of the 8 demands, EC is quick to approve on indelible ink, is one of the demand of the Rakyat that EC approved without hesitation.
Why?
Postal voters votes on 30th April and get their finger inked. Polling day is on 5th May. There is sufficient time to wash away the “indelible” ink in five days to vote again.
I think the phantom voters has done it numerous times in the past without indelible ink, with indelible ink, it makes no difference. Gunalah Dynamo!
That is the scary part.

Dear Haris
Since you are pals with Ambiga, do have info on her plans to counter Tunku Abdul Aziz’s latest allegations, and more important, what is Bersih and ABU doing / going to do about engaging / compelling the EC to ensure the confidentiality of our vote, as well as preventing sabotage or spoiling of properly-marked ballot papers? All your efforts for a clean and fair election will come to naught if this “minor” details are overlooked.

Tunku Aziz (RPK included)….”With age comes wisdom, but sometimes age comes alone”
When his stand changes extremely fast and his criticism of Pakatan going too far and too much in a very short space of time, that is called desperation.
When his stories are too real ,even some good criticism may be negated by his false lies. The rumours should stop at the Wise.
