ABU’s pledge to the people of Lembah Pantai and Seputeh, and to you

Posted on April 28, 2013

many-colours-one-dreamABULast night, I spoke at Brickfields, addressing voters of Lembah Pantai, and at Taman Desa, to the voters in Seputeh.

As I did two nights before in TTDI, on behalf of all those in ABU, I pledged to the people of Lembah Pantai and Seputeh, as I do now with all of you, that if they, and you reading this now, would work with us to bury UMNO / BN and instal a new non-BN federal government post the 13th GE, ABU would work for them to :

1. end race-based politics

2. honour the Malaysia Agreement of 1963 to ensure that what is due to the people of Sabah and Sarawak is finally delivered to them

3. return the judiciary to the rakyat

4. free the media

5. start to uplift the lives of the 40% marginalised anak bangsa Malaysia.

On behalf of ABU, I asked, and the people present at both ceramah last night mandated ABU to represent them to press the new government to deliver these reforms to the rakyat.

Will you mandate  us  too?

We passed the ABU hat around at both ceramah last night, and the good people of Lembah Pantai and Seputeh contributed RM10,621.70 to the ABU War Fund.

Thank you and God bless you all.

ABU did not have a videographer at the ceramah in Brickfields. The video below is of the ceramah in Taman Desa.
