In an earlier post on 17th October, 2016, I had shared that on 14th October, 2016, 3 judges of the Court of Appeal heard my appeal in respect of the dismissal last year by the High Court of my application seeking declarations as to my right to receive relevant information once the Election Commission had gazetted the notice under section 4, Part 2, 13th Schedule of the Federal Constitution relating to a proposed redelineation exercise.
The judges reserved judgment to a date to be fixed to enable them to consider the submissions.
They will deliver that decision this coming Tuesday, 10th January, 2017.
If you are God-believing, pray that justice will prevail.
And if you are not, hold on to hope.
