On the morning that Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested in connection with the Altantuya murder, he received the following sms from Najib :
“I am seeing IGP at 11am today. matter will be solved. be cool.”
The fact of this sms was disclosed by private investigator Balasubramaniam in his first statutory declaration in July last year and has never been denied by either Razak Baginda or Najib.
Meanwhile, though, PI Bala has disappeared.
How did Najib intend to solve the matter?
Najib has never said anything until now.
On the morning of 16th November, 2006, when Razak Baginda was due to be charged in connection with the murder of Altantuya, Najib sent the following sms to lawyer Mohd Shafee Abdullah :
“Pls do not say anything to the press today. i will explain later. RB will have to face a tentative charge but all is not lost”
On 31st October, 2008, Razak Baginda, without being called to enter his defence, was acquitted of the charge, referred to by Dato Seri Najib as “tentative”, of abetting in the murder of Altantuya. At the time, lead prosecutor DPP Tun Majid Tun Hamzah intimated that the acquittal might be appealed, saying, “We will consider appealing the decision. The battle is not over yet”.
14 days later, the same DPP confirmed that the acquittal would not be appealed.
Is this what Najib meant by ‘tentative charge’? By ‘all is not lost’?
Najib has not said anything until now.
On 29th June, 2007, in the course of the Altantuya murder trial, Mongolian national, Burmaa Oyunchimeg, a prosecution witness, testified that she had seen a photograph of the victim, Razak Baginda and a government official. Newspaper reports give the impression that both the prosecution and some of the defence counsels went to great lengths to try and not allow this witness to continue with this line of testimony. However, when she was examined by Mr. Karpal Singh, who finally managed to get leave to ask the witness who the government official was, she replied, “Najib Razak. I remember the name Najib Razak because the name Razak is the same. I thought maybe they were brothers.”
Subsequently, when Najib was asked to comment on this evidence, he declined to do so, on the grounds that it would be inappropriate for him to comment further as any statement he made might be deemed to be on a matter sub-judice, given that the trial was still ongoing.
To this date, Najib has never categorically denied this piece of evidence and no effort has been made by the relevant authorities to investigate this piece of information.
This man now hopes to run our country from as early as 1st April, 2009.
If indeed he does ascend to the office of PM, and proceeds to run our country with an iron fist such like we’ve never seen before, continues to divide the people so that he and his cronies can continue to plunder the nation’s wealth and silence legitimate dissent by despatching the voices of the people to Kamunting, and your children should some day ask you if there was nothing you could do to prevent all this, how will you reply?
I know I will look mine in the eyes and, with a clear conscience, say, ‘I tried’.
Can you do the same?
Well and good if Pak Lah refuses to step down and make way for Najib.
What, though, if Pak Lah does step down once Najib is confirmed as the president of UMNO Baru?
People expect that Najib will make a bee line to the King’s palace on 1st April, 2009 or soonest possible after Pak Lah has stepped down as PM, with a view to inform His Majesty that he commands the confidence of the majority of the members of the Dewan Rakyat and, consequently, he be made PM.
If like me, you do not wish to see Najib as PM of this country, you’ve got under a month to come up with something to stop him.
If you can’t think of anything, why not sign this PETITION.
It beats doing nothing.

Sorry, the hosts, Petitiononline, do not allow amendments once a petition has been put online.
Besides, it would be most unfair to amend after so many have previously signed the same as it presently reads.

This is because the Altantuya scandal is only part of the reason we have no confidence in his leadership. How can he deny his involvement in what happened in Perak? (while he can deny his involvement with Altantuya) I feel that he sacrificed the Perak sultan by using him as a political shield to achieve his own agenda.
How about the false reassurances (and belated action) in regards to the current financial crisis? Who is to blame apart from the current finance minister?

And Najib is, I suppose, practising imagining standing on the rostrum in the General Assembly of the United Nations and speaking as our leader!
Now, what if the enraged Mongolian ambassador throws his shoes at Najib while he speaks?
Who will be embarrassed? Najib? The Mongolian ambassador? Or we the people of Malasyia! The Agung maybe? After all Najib would be given the appointment by the Agung.
Mongolia might even issue a warrant of arrest on Najib. Then what? Just imagine what we would be doing to the sanctity of the Royalty if we were to let the Agung make this appointment? Would the Agung be at fault, or we the people?
The Sultan of Perak is now holding a hot potato that is burning from inside out. Najib gave it to him to hold that it is perfectly cooked and has cooled down. Najib assured the Sultan, surely, that all was well and that he could make the new appointements.
But Najib failed to remind the Sultan that they had not done anything more to insulate him from insult and injury. Najib failed to tell Sultan Azlan Shah that he was going to be embarrassed by his deed. Wonder if Najib did this purposely though? Maybe a score to settle?
Najib should have known that the Perak State Assembly was not dissolved. That the change in the appointment of the Menteri Besar alone did not clamp the powers of the Speaker. Najib should have known that the Speaker had all the powers that he has so far displayed and that he would use it. And when that happens, Najib should have known that the royal household will be left compromised, embarrassed and worse, lose its popularity with the people.
I am begining to wonder who committed the derhaka here. Najib has compromised the royal household, its honour and respect. Is there treason here? I wonder!!
What is going to happen when on 1 April, 2009 Najib, believing he has the confidence of the majority in parliament, seeks audience with the Agung? What if the Agung were to tell him to go establish the confidence in himself in Parliament first? Are UMNO Youth going to reverse their present love affair with the Royalty?
If anything embarrassing is going to happen on the 1 April like putting the Agung in such a difficult position, and possibly compromised even, whose fault would it be? It is quite alright for politicians, including Prime Ministers to be embarrassed and thrown shoes at. It is after all their stock in trade. But if there is going to be any possibility for the Agung to be embarrassed or compromised, this should not be allowed to happen. Hope Pak Lah notes this.

Anonymous Says:
History will repeat itself, the most corrupted of all, implicated with Murder & Corruption call Nargis will helm UMNO to oblivion.
Beware of the Nargis & UMNO underhand deceits, filthy lies and dirty tactics which must be exposed so that they will be shunned by all Rakyats in order to be thrown out in the next GE.
The Era of Anarchy has just begun in the coming Premiership of Nargis, the most corrupted of all corrupters, all Malaysians beware that they, Nargis & UMNO, will spend Government Money to buy Chaos in order to impose Dictatorial Government without election or after they have lost the Election in GE 13, we have all learnt from Perak Government’s takeover by deceit and by force of using the Police Force which could be bought and the Assemblymen who were bought either with money or in kind like no case in court for their corruptions’ cases pending trials if they defect from Pakatan and of course the sole DAP betrayer could be bought with a great sum of money as Nargis knew and as well as the betrayer that she could never be elected ever again in Jelapang and of course the pension sum must be huge including allowance for her permanent retirement for making a betrayal to Pakatan for short term benefiting of Nargis?
There must be a good reason for the Sultan well learned in law and also once holding the highest office in Supreme Court took a lowly decision in support of the most corrupted Politician call Nargis, Peem in awaiting. No offence intended to the Sultan who was highly regarded until just now only, it is either he has been threatened with some secret files on him held by Nargis, or like all the other froggies that had been lured by huge sums of money offered by the most greedy of Corrupters called Nargis who used the nation’s coffers as his own kitty bank. Knowing very well that Nargis would not last the next GE, this is the best opportunity to make some good cash funds for keeps as the next Government under PKR will be clean and righteous for the God, King, People and Country.
Not realizing that Corruptions breed even more Corruptions and this is the vicious circle and the people of Perak are ones who would suffer in the long run and they will not forget what a Sultan they have had. If Narjis and UMNO is in Power it is most likely that the nation’s coffers would be decimated and there will be nothing left for our Children’s Children, therefore make sure the UMNO along with all their goons are thrown out the next election.
God bless you the people of Malaysia

Harris, your writings and your logical arguments are crystal clear. Maybe it is due to your legal training and background. ‘Someone’gave clear instructions to these 2 to kill her. Hitherto, I don’t see the lead prosecutor DPP even attempting or making any effort to charge this person. They seemed to think that the murder case will be closed once these 2 are charged and hanged. If this is justice, I fear for the future of Malaysians. A truly half-baked country.

So far we have only heard or read of it and not seen it.
What if the Mongolian government thinks the ultimate culprit needs to be taught a lesson. Wait for him to be Prime Minister and the trials all over, teach this nation a lesson.
Once again, that is the risk the Agung takes when he appoints Najib PM. Having appointed him without first establishing his innocence to his satisfaction, if this picture is revealed, it would most certainly will embarrass the Agung.

For the love of your children…..
Now is the time to rally round the flag and protect your Malaysia. This is a real test.
Haris and other anak2 bangsa Malaysia are making worthy efforts,to explain, to speak the truth, to put sense into our heads…the good sense….for the sake of our children and our childrens’children. Those coming after us, our children and our childrens’ children need to realize that they are inheriting a nation whose forefathers and fathers fought so hard to defend the integrity, of which, the happenings of the last few months and days, is being severely questioned. Our children and their children should be able to read and know from their history books that Malaysians never lost their watchfulness, that without going to extremes they defended their inherited democratic rights and principles. Only then will the phrase Proud to be Malaysian come to be realized.
People of Malaysia tell the PM that he is making the biggest mistake of his life by handing over the helm, at a very critical time in the nation’s history.
Our country has always been like a shining star, at the moment,it is teetering on the brink of a moral fall… catch it, on time, and save it before it falls and loses its lustre…
Let’s all march to the PM’s office and ask him to stay on, at least until the people sanction his successor. It is a government of the people, by the people and for the people. We have every right to lead the way. It will not be a desperate act, on our part, to ask him to do this. It will be heroic,he owes it to his fellow countrymen and…for the sake of our country, which is alive at the moment with dissenting voices crying out loud for the right kind of change.
The world and God are watching us and urging us not to waste time.Dark clouds are gathering round about us, bearing a message to us…that the nation is in dire need of reform and that the PM should not abandon a ‘sinking ship.’ That is why the responsibility to save the country from total degradation is being so championed …..by a few good men and true…listen and act.

Dear Mr. Anwar & PR leaders,
Please make formal police reports, and official complaint to the French Minister to investigate this corruption, where “in October 2007, the Malaysian Deputy Defense Minister, Zainal Abdidin Zin, acknowledged in front of the Parliament that Armaris had effectively paid 114 million Euros in commission to Perimekar. He maintained that it was not a bribe, but a payment for “support and coordination services.”. Abdul Razak Baginda must be brought into account on this corruption charge as a start..
Also a letter and petition to the UN and EU (since a French company is also involved indirectly) to convict the Special Branch Force especially the Director of the Special Branch, Musa Safrie, who has not even be implicated in this since it was on his order that his two men who murdered Altantuya, took Altantuya in the first place and why did they bring the explosives in the beginning if this has not been planned even before they took her? So the murder was already planned, probably right from the beginning of that phone call by the Director of the Special Branch, Musa Safrie. Further, Malaysians have suffered long enough with this extremely secretive, brutal and sadist force, the Special Branch, where they have been involved in many deaths in custody of suspects which I am sure are involved, in the death of the unfortunate Kugan and many other unjust but non-investigated deaths in custody.

Unless God intervenes, looks like we have no choice but to suffer the lying-cheating-corrupt-murderer casanova usurper as the sick, oops, sixth PM. As much as we’ll love to hear – it’s just April’s fool! – it’s not going to happen, unless: 1. UMNO meeting is postponed 2. His bad genes is triggered (his father died aged 54, he’s already passed 55. Unfortunately, medical science has advanced greatly since 1976, and we have the best drs in the region here in Malaysia, so it’s unlikely he will succumb to it so soon…)
Best leave it to the few good UMNO men to stop the UMNO elections…

Haris,
Why does not Pak Lah or KJ expose the evidence against Najib – like the alleged picture which Burmaa spoke about in Court? Pak Lah is in power and in charge of the Police, Mindef and Immigration.
How did the Police know that they must go to Mongolia to get a DNA sample from the victim’s parents when the Immigration Dept had erased all her entry records? Why did not the Police Forensics team go to Bangladesh or Phillipines?

The idea is to prevent Najib from becoming PM.
Haris please help to promote this.
Here is how’s the plan can work.
1. Get all PR MPs to sign declaration to support Tengku.
2. Get Anwar’s BN 30MPs (trojan) to sign to support Tengku.
3. Try to get a vote of confidence (this is hard, will likely be rejected by Pandikar).
4. Present it to Agong as an alternative to Najib. Tell him that he has set the precedence in T’ganu for rejecting Idris, now he can do it again.
5. Get Tengku to convince the Royals to endorse his appointment.
No matter what, we have to try our best to prevent the worst leadership of all time to take over. We must do our part to try. Let’s start promoting Tengku as PM everywhere.
If we do not do anything and hoping something will happen to Najib that prevent him from becoming PM, we are certainly waiting to drown together with this beloved nation.
Help the country by promoting Tengku. Save Malaysia now. For those who thinks someone from PR can be PM, please stop dreaming. It can’t until it can control the Parliament. You still need someone from BN to lead until GE13 before PR can take over. And there’s no other candidate in BN other than TRH!

Dear Haris,
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain things to me. I will sign the petition (if I haven’t already) – it was such a long time ago when I first saw it.
I don’t have high hopes that anyone will pay attention to the petition but it’s better than sitting back and doing nothing. I hope the Agong and members of Parliment realise that this is only part of a bigger darker more sinister picture.

I am sorry but in the light of all the nonsense practiced by politicians on both sides of the divide, the ‘evidence alluded’ to does not appear to be evidence. It is speculation.
If there is a photograph, where is it now? From all the ‘evidence’ it was in the hands of the deceased and or her family, and not anyone else. A photo is so easy to produce these days. A photograph will dispel any doubts.
The sms messages were in the year 2006. Razak was behind bars till his acquittal on 31 Oct 2008 for some 20 over months. Where is the ‘tentative charge evidence’. Is this not speculation especially when the messages were conveniently released so late in 2008 and not earlier in 2007.
I use to believe everything anti Najib. Now I question because it is apparent that there is tons of speculation but no evidence. And I am not even getting into legal definition of ‘evidence’ which I am sure must prescribe to a more stringent requirement.
I am tired of all the politics. The circus has to stop. The nation cannot take it any more. If there are no facts and evidence lets leave things alone.
Let’s focus in educating the young and old alike on ethics, democracy and bangsa Malaysia. Let’s all learn together. Things that will help produce better citizens and dare I say honourable leaders.
Peace.

When reading the Malaysiakini article today about the story published in a French newspaper about Altantuya’a murder, this caught my attention:
“Subsequently, two police officers from the special unit tasked to provide protection to VIPs including Najib, were asked to “neutralise the Chinese woman.”
Now who gave that order to “neutralise” Altantuya?
And who would have had the requisite authority to order two police officers from the UTK to carry out a killing order?
Abdul Razak Baginda certainly would not have had the authority to command the UTK to kill. Unless of course, the two UTK officers were being bribed by someone and so doing the kill for cash or some other personal gain.

In a way,I do agreed with Observer”evidence”are badly needed. On the other hands, many a time”evidence”gone missing, people who seem to have “evidence also gone missing.
“court evidence/exhibits”gone missing.
How can we trust in “evidence” again?
We really need to”change”the goverment;the politicians mindset.Transparency, fairness, true justice are needed in Malaysia.
Like it or not,the Altantuya’s story has gone international now. What other nation view our “next”PM and view our political system?

March 6, 2009
Dear Artchan,
I used to say this myself! But what is the effect of erasing of the immigration records? A lawyer pointed out to me that even if the immigration records were erased, the investigations were concluded within about a month of the murder and the trial went on and it was fully confirmed that the deceased was indeed in the country and was murdered. So there was really no consequence of the erasing.
‘Evidence’ is not present in the public domain. That is why if we really want to nail Najib let us have the alleged photograph- the ultimate ‘evidence’ as far as I am concerned to actually proof Najib has been lying. We don’t need any legal pronouncement for that will become self-evident.
Many repeat the story of the photograph and even the French writer who traveled the world merely wrote what we all have heard before. Respectfully it was not much of an investigative piece. I was disappointed that there was no damning photograph that surfaced during his months of investigating the story.
Peace.

What is justice in this country?
How much is the price for justice in this country?
Do you think the politic + justice + public security system in this country can protect you?
We are living under the sun that covered by invisible darkness, when Bala missing, Altantuya dead like that, and someone get released…
What is the real story? Nobody will dare to disclose it.
Maybe they will say Altantuya’s death is caused by she blown up herself?

Didn’t PM AAB say that he will not embarrass the Government of Malaysia when he leaves?
So, even ignoring everything that has taken place under the watch of the present Malaysian Government so far (which most reasonable people might say is too much to ignore and still say that you are on the right side of realistically being considered as “not being embarrassing”) how is AAB going to square that statement of his when he is intending to hand over the PM-mantle to someone who may allegedly, and if true, questionably, be connected in any way whatsoever to a crime such as a (high-profile and vile) murder case?

I too would want to look at the picture. It only proves that Najib knows her or was photographed with her. It is just a photo. A picture of her with Najib is just that, unless it is a picture of them romping in bed, it does not say much of a relationship..except they know each other.
Agreed it was also inconclusively proven that Altatuya was in the country. But the damning question is why are they not checking who ordered the erasure. Is this vital connection not important? It will surely lead to the perpetrators of the heinous killing. NO?

There’s a description of a villain in a delightful children’s book called “The Midnight Folk”, written by John Masefield, that always comes to mind whenever I see a photo of Najib and his pink lips!
Here’s the excerpt from the book – the villain’s name by the way is “Abner Brown”.
“What was he like, this Abner Brown? He was like a white, sweet, sanctified horse-dealer, or a hymn-singing cut-throat, or any cherry-lipped poisoner who will drop a tear at your pain and put ratsbane in your beer at the same breath. Talk? He would talk the hind legs off a mule. Weep? He would weep at a word. He wept when my Pa called him a papgoose. He was always weeping: a crocodile was a drought to him.”

Kaitan Anwar dengan akhbar Liberation…satu lagi konspirasi licik
Article 05/03/2009

Well,as our slogan cry “MALAYSIA BOLEH”! Indeed! Malaysia is so “boleh” that a “cold blooded murderer” can be allowed to represent our country before all the nations in the world and appear on the screen of our TV speaking about loving and caring for the people of Malaysia when he cannot even respect the life of ONE human being! Malaysia is so “boleh” that some of her citizens can make so much of “hoohaa” about “respecting” the royalty but do not know how to respect ONE elderly “HUMAN BEING” on a wheel-chair who has the brains and the guts to speak the truth and fight for justice!? Shame on you those Malaysians who abuse the word “BOLEH” by doing the most outrageous things no sensible human being will ever do!! May God have mercy on you!

In the first place, it was UMNO during the days of Mahathirism which took away the rights of the Sultans from being sued. Today, UMNO is turning back and shouting “Daulat Tuanku”! This is nothing else except hippocracy. If at all UMNO respects the Sultans and is loyal, it should not have done what it had done to the Sultans!
And to imagine sending out FRU men to “control” the peaceful assembly trying to hand over a Memorandum to the Agung, and firing hundreds of tear gas bombs into the crowd, is just pure nonsense. This reminds me of the incident where armed police personnel were sent out to disperse the candle vigil held for the repealing of the ISA some time ago.
Does the holding of the candle vigil by people with lit candles warrant the stationing of armed police personnel?

The reason we need I/C number and particulars is to ascertain the credibility and legitimacy of the person signing the petition.
Else, Tom, Dick, or Harry can launch yet another petition and take the telephone directory and key in the names that any of them want and jack up the number to whichever value that any one of them would like it to be and there wouldn’t be any credibility left in regards to the petition.
And who said anything about disclosing those particulars to Najib anyway?
Its also high time to come out and stand up for your convictions rather than live in the shadow of illusion.

This petition is pointless exercise. The general Election is the legitimate way.
If one were to truly believe that Najib is responsible for the murder of Altantuya, then one must base such believe on clear hard evidence. Hypothetically, if these evidence exist, since some parties claimed that Najib is clearly linked, and has lead to some of us to the same belief, then where are these devastating evidence? Dear Artchan,
Please read what was written. It was never denied by the authorities that the deceased was in the country and was murdered. The trial went on. There was no issue about ‘denying’ the deceased was in the country.
And Najib has sworn on the Holy Quran that he did not meet and/or know the deceased. We do not need lurid pictures, a group picture at dinner with Najb and the deceased in attendance would destroy Najib’s credibility.
Dear Observer,

sirul and azilah admitted to the killing of altantuya. both men have no direct interest in altantuya. who ordered the killing?
only two people have interest in altantuya.
would baginda have the authority to give the order to kill?
would baginda be able to erase immigration records?
(anyone check records at the place where they embarked before kl?)
Baginda’s affidavit also showed he was not aware of killing, and bala was still engaged by baginda after altantuya was killed.
a statutory declaration (SD) is a SWORN LEGAL document. it is absurd for anyone to make an SD only to “reverse” everything in another.
does anyone believe bala was so IMAGINATIVE as to make up stories in his first SD?
i believe he was telling the truth in his first SD, his disappearance proves the fact that he cannot substantiate the second SD, therefore it must be discounted or nullified.
to amend a SD is reasonable, to REVERSE a SD is absurd and unheard of! why would one make a first SD to begin with?
therefore,
1. i believe bala’s first SD was the truth and that najib passed altantuya on to baginda when he was DPM.
2. baginda’s affidavit was accepted by the court which believed he was not involved in the killing.
so, to summarise,
1. najib introduced altantuya to baginda (bala’s first SD)
2. baginda did not know altantuya was killed (baginda’s affidavit, accepted by the court)
3. someone with authority and power in the military (C4 and immigration records) ordered the killing.
I WONDER WHO THAT MAY BE?
best wishes HARIS!

It would be the ultimate humiliation to him and all in UMNO.
Imagine having a PM who is persona non grata in several other nation states apart from Mongolia or at the U.N. for that matter.

You still don’t understand my earlier post. I asked,
“who ordered the erasure of the immigration records?”
We do not need a photo to destroy Najib’s crebility. Just find out who ordered the erasure..and link it. IF Najib has nothing to hide, and as a senior minister in the Govt, it will be his interest to use the best investigative brains to find our who ordered it..and if he is not involved at all..he will come out clean. Why are they so afraid to do so.
Swearing on a holy book? You steal a million dollars…you swear you did not do it. And the investigation ends there? A little too simplistic, isn’t it.

Sorry, I don’t understand why anyone thinks the military forces could have been involved in this murder.
Don’t the UTK come under the jurisdiction of the police force rather than the military forces?
And don’t the UTK routinely use and so have access to plastic explosives such as C4?
And don’t all special forces such as the UTK have access to national immigration records?
The logical conclusion seems to point to Altantuyaa’s murder having been carried out by the UTK/PRDM, either because a command was issued by someone who was able to give that command or because the two accused members of the UTK did it of their own volition to profit from the murder in some way.
And on another gruesome detail mentioned: Why did the two accused need to remove Altantuyaa’s clothes after they had shot her dead, particularly if they were going to blow her to smithereens with C4?

Dear Artchan,
But don’t you feel that a single photograph ( which has been mentioned all the time) will go towards destroying his credibility after having sworn on the Holy Quran?
It is only ‘simplistic’ if we leave it at the swearing. Counter it with a photograph and he is a damned liar, isn’t it? That is not simplistic but that is solid proof of lying. The damage will be irreparable.
What is easier to do, getting an investigation done or getting the photograph? Investigations in Malaysia will not proof anything ( there will be all sorts of allegations and counter allegations with no conclusions).
I have enjoyed having a civil discussion with you. Remember we both do not want Najib to be PM!

For the love of our children, pls do not abolish PPSMI!To compromise, gomen should conduct a survey/consensus from parents and schools b4 they decide to abolish PPSMI.Parents and schools should be given the ultimate choice and decision on what is best for their children and not to be approved in blanket by the gomen. Those parents and schools who want PPSMI should not be affected by the abolish.Only affect those schools (usually PAS state & rural schools)who want to abolish PPSMI so there is equilibrium in society. It would also not be so drastic and dramatic as it only involved a small scale of schools.Hope PR can propose along that line. There is a majority of the rakyat who do not agree with PPSMI, for the children’s future in this technology savvy global world! Those who are no good in Maths & Science can be good agriculturist, no need to make every Malaysian to be angkasawan! So, leave it to each respective school to decide on PPSMI.Everyone will be happy and this is democracy.Pls. act on it b4 too late.Save our children from progressing backwards and be left out in the world.Do not mix education with politics.Leave education system to the parents and schools. Our plead from parents supporting PPSMI.Mr. People Parliament, if it is really a parliament for the people as the name implies, pls. do the needful.Thank you in appreciation.May you have good health & wealth in achieving your noble goal and mission.God bless.
