Update at 3.06pm on 4/9/08 : PKR Kulim-Bandar Baharu MP Zulkifli Nordin will be facing the party’s disciplinary committee on Saturday over his involvement in the disruption of the Aug 9 Bar Council forum – Malaysiakini report

Yang Berbohong Zulkifli Nordin, on the demonstration outside the Bar Council on 9th August, and his involvement in the same :
‘There was no question of us stopping the forum. They have already discussed with the police to stop it… it’s not because of us. We were just there to put forward our views… you mean the Muslim cannot stand up and protect their rights,’
‘We Muslims have been tolerant enough all this while… so many years we have been forced to live under law that is not Islam. It is time for the Muslims to speak up and I would take the lead for the Muslims to speak up,’
– Malaysiakini report on 18th August.
Yet in an earlier Malaysiakini report on 9th August, this lying bigot is reported to have broken ‘ranks with his opposition colleagues when he called on the crowd to storm the building should the forum continue’.
“If you don’t hear from us at 10am, you should all storm the building,” he is reported to have said, before he led a four-member delegation to meet the forum organisers to voice the protesters grievances.
In the first Malaysiakini report referred to above, Yang Berbohong Zul is reported to have said that his stance did not conflict with the PKR position.
‘That’s the beauty of PKR because we have different views but we can get together… sometimes even contradictory views but we still sit together,’
Wong, in a comment to this blog, wrote :
While everyone was very much focused on Ahmad’s diss towards the chinese, we must not forget this other dude here, Zulkifli Noordin, the Kulim MP.
No doubt I love and want Pakatan Rakyat to take over, but Zul’s rhetoric that he played under PKR’s banner seems to collide with his Hyde’s side when he is representing the Malay Muslim Lawyers club;

That is one case of a rotten bad apple.”
Watch these videos and ask yourself if this is what he means by his stance and that of PKR are the same?
Better still, don’t ask yourself. Ask Anwar.
Here, I’ll make it easy for you.
Y Bhg. Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim,
Advisor,
Parti Keadilan Rakyat,
No.17, Jalan 16/2,
Petaling Jaya,
Selangor.
( Fax No. : 03-79565444 )
Go on, write Anwar and ask him if Zul’s stand as depicted in these videos reflects the stand of PKR, and if not, why in heaven’s name is this man representing the good people of Kulim in Parliament?
Ask Anwar how did this bigot get into Parliament? What went wrong with PKR’s selection process?
I’ve had occasion in the past to call this bigot a bearer of false testimony.
I’ve watched these videos and I’ll say more now.
Zulkifli is a liar who uses alarmists tactics, subtly merging race with religion in his sermons to get the Malays agitated say that he may achieve his ‘Islam-as I say-ist’ ends.
Now, I will await his writ so that I can plead justification and repeat the same in court.

Is there an e-mail address for DSAI? I would very much want to know what he’s doing about Zulkifli Nordin. After all, my family and I voted enbloc (4 votes) for PKR in the last GE. That would be 8 votes for the federal and state seats.
I am sure other would want to know the e-mail address too.

When we speak for Malaysians or Bangsa Malaysia we mean what we say. Likewise we expect the leader DSAI, possibly the only leader we believe who could help us realizing the dream in the present moment, to clear the air affecting this black spot named Zulkifli.
I agree with you and Wong that Dsai is obligated to all Malaysians who support him. It is a must he shows us that he too means business when comes to racist and hypocrite like Zulkifli Nordin

But Harris, that’d be true of all whom the PKR would be inviting into their folds to form the next government.
In fact, if all goes well, we’d have a brand new government of “Zulkiflis” in 2 weeks, and they’d would look, sound, behave, talk, walk, do, shout, rant, complain, lie, cheat & close one eye, almost exactly like the current government, the ones before this. Is this what we are all waiting for so anxiously?
Whilst I support the PR and voted for them, I wish they would put in the effort to find suitable candidates, set themselves a more realistic deadline and stop making earth-shattering announcements.

Well said Haris.
Interesting that PKR has not done anything about this black sheep. Should we take PKR to task on the manifesto they endorsed before the general elections and are now looking sideways.
Which is why like I said before that we must not make the same mistakes we made with the BN, where we did not take them to task all these years. We must take PKR and their partners to task to ensure what we carry out what we all set out to do here- to make our representatives accountable to the rakyat.
I wonder what will Zulkifli Nordin do if his constituents see him and ask him if he endorses the idea of Bangsa Malaysia.
The ball is in Anwar’s court. Will he walk the talk on this.

The answer is very simple Harris, kulim election results are being contested, and there is a very good chance that there will be a bi-election, now if PKR puts this moron up to stand against the bn opponent, very simple tell everyone to boycott this moron and in other words pkr, if the politicians don’t want to listen than they have to face the rakyat’s reaction.
For DSAI, it would be wise to cut his losses and put in another candidate in this morons place, anybody will do.

Be patient with Dsai, nothing comes perfectly, as one may wish. It was in good faith, this Parliamentary seat of Kulim was offered to him by PK. Zulkili has now shown his true color, as an unsuitable and unworthy YB. Still without remorse, he has tainted the good name of PKR for what it stands for, “REFORMASI”. He should be principle enough to resign from his seat.
His extreme views contradict PKR polices. This bad apple has taken advantage of PK and used it to cater for his selfish beliefs…his beliefs, do not sit well with a multi-racial and multi-religious country like ours. Let’s respect his right to his beliefs, equally, we demand, he does like wise with others.

Dear Haris,
That is a great piece of “Investigative” compilation of evidence on this MP for Kulim involved in the Bar Council Forum fracas.
I believe Bloggers are not pro any party nor personalities, except to establish the “Truth” to restore “Justice, Freedom & Equality” you have achieved just that – syabas Bro.
About time we “Identify” with evidences and “Shame” them “Opportunists, Bigots, Traitors, etc” within the fold of PR if we wish to establish a truly new “Ground Zero” Government “By the People & for the People” with the new dawn of this great nation – Malaysia for Anak Bangsa Malaysia.

There was a MalaysianInsider commentary, the Kalimullah type commentary titled:
Abdullah and Anwar — flip sides with the same thinking. This is what I wrote in response:
1. Zul didn’t call non-Muslims names but demanded the stoppage of a meeting.
2. Zul didn’t call the Chinese squatters and immigrants unlike Ahmad.
3. Zul didn’t represent his party but his Lawyers’ Association unlike Ahmad who represented the campaigns of his party.
4. Zul didn’t didn’t engage in racism but a religious argument that doesn’t have any relation with the “immigrant” hysterical diatribe of Ahmad.
5. Anwar is not a PM but Abdullah is one and the buck stops at his door.
6. Anwar was categorical in his answer but Dollah is not.
7. Anwar didn’t defend Zul but Dollah defended Ahmad.
8. Anwar’s party wholeheartedly condemned Zul but Ahmad’s party warned Gerekan against demonising Ahmad.
9. Anwar’s party demanded an explanation from Zul but UMNO didn’t.
10. Zul stated that his case was related to the Muslim Lawyers Ass. and had nothing to do with PKR or PR. Ahmad on other hand represented UMNO.
11. Anwar as a person condemned Zul’s action and said the BC meeting should have been allowed but Dollah never said something of the sort.
12. Dollah lashes at others (read opposition) for being seditious but doesn’t take action against seditious AMNO people.

kudos to saravanan for posting the last 2 parts of the clips. The 2 final clips is more spine chilling. Let’s say if another may 13 is gonna happen when UMNO instigators took to the streets, I wouldn’t be surprised if our honourable Kulim Mr.Jackyll & Hyde will be among the ranks of his GPMS or PEKIDA buddies waving parangs and chanting hate and death to the non-Muslims.
I wouldn’t be surprised at all.

ZN’s behaviour at the BC forum is totally unacceptable and he should be censured by PKR’s disciplinary board.
His explanation that he is a muslim first, above everything else, makes a mockery of “amar maaruf, nahi munkar” which literally means uphold the truth, oppose evil. He has deliberately ignored the intent of the forum and played a game of ‘who’s holier now’ with his brethren from UMNO/PAS/GPMS/PERKIDA, etc on the street below.
The fact that muslim representatives were present at the forum to participate and rebut where necessary was not mentioned by ZN, as if, only his presence or others of his ilk, will bring credibility. But he refused to confront the ‘enemy’ and honorably defend Islam, didn’t he?
By the same token, ZN was part of the defense team in the Altantuya case who then recused himself citing ‘political interference’. Not much of a ‘defender’, is he.
If you feel equally outraged, then please send an e-mail to:

This Zulkifli matter is most troubling. And may well turn out to be a hugh stone around Anwar’s neck in his efforts to march to Putrajaya and boot out the Abdullah Badawi, Najib and the rapidly sinking BN government.
For sure, Zulkifli is a most welcome propaganda weapon for UMNO.
And turning quite a number of Anwar/PKR supporters into doubtful supporters or fence-sitters. Some may even have stopped supporting Anwar/PKR.

This type of archaic mindset is very difficult to change, and the QC’ers must do a better job with due deligence. Perhaps a psychometric test for would-be candidates? Haha.

Poor Chap Zulkifli Nordin. Is it too much to ask for Syariah law for all.
I don’t think so. Let’s all chip in and buy him a 1 way ticket to Iran. His calling will be answered. Let him try the storm the Syariah Bar Council there. lol
On another tack, just read in M’sian Insider that Telekoms sold for $1 their 60% stake in celcom in Guinea in Africa, incurring a $25 loss. Shades of MV Augusta & Proton again? Wha and who are they covering up for?

The Malaysian Insider has an Op-Ed about this just recently… The writer thought that both DSAI and AAB are adopting the same tactic, i.e. wait something else to divert public’s concern over the cases…
Zulkifli Nordin and DSAI succeed… AAB and Ahmad Ismail not quite…
PKR leaders’ response was however… awfully little, subdued and scarce… We’d the VP Dr Syed Husin Ali partly defending by saying the party suggested a closed door rather than open forum…
Later we saw him saying Zul Nordin was issued show-casue letter… and expressed his regret over the protest having held by a party colleague…
other than him… YB Tian Chua the “Chinese voice” from the PKR was just quoted “We can’t get into contact with him right now”…
It seems to me the PKR leaders… be it Malay Chinese or Indian… were not really into commenting or reacting towards the controversy… which is actually quite surprising because many of PKR leaders are street activists, prominent writers and NGOs reps who usually got no problem in speaking and commenting… and often involved in conflicts to uphold their believes without surrenders…
Adopting a wait and let it rest eventually tactics…
=====================================================
Oh by the way… did you read about the (old) news that Kedah government is banning rock, pop, R&B, hiphop and reggae concerts, allowing only nasyid and patriotic concerts?
The MalaysiaKini spinners are not interested in commenting it though…

En H Ibrahim,
I salute you for calling a spade a spade. I have been following your blogs and I must admit, I do admire your stand. I thought that the Opposition Mps have the understamindg of fighting fo rthe Rakyat and not along religious or racial line. How mistaken I was when I heard that an YB of PKR together with his counterpart in PAS undertook this hideous demonstation against a legitimate and legally organised forum by the Bar Council.
I agree with you 100% that action/(s) need to be taken against such bad apple(s) to ensure that DSAI’s apth to PutaJaya is successful.

Good on you for resurrecting this issue again. I will bet anything that PR and DSAI are hoping that the Rakyat will forget this ZN issue as there are more exciting news with the Ahmad Ismail controversy to distract the Rakyat. Thank you for keeping everyone honest and showing that you are non bias.
A bigot is a bigot and should not have a place in PR if PR honestly expects the Rakyat to believe their rhetorics. However, it is all about politics and the scheme of things within the political arena. After all, ZN is a MP in the PR ranks and DSAI need the numbers to form Government. Losing him means that DSAI has to get 31 defectors, one more than necessary now. This ONE more may make the difference between success or failure.
I fondly remember one of my teachers who said “sometimes the ends justify the means”. At the age of 10, I didn’t quite understand but it all makes sense now. For us who are pure in heart will say “What good is it that you possess the whole world but lose your soul” but for a politician, “what good is it that you are true to your rhetorics but lose the election. That’s life in politics.
We have to ask ourselves this question now – Do we allow this bigot to remain in PR so that DSAI can achieve the goal of forming Government or rid him and risk failure? I am sure in time, this bigot will get it in the butt but it is all about timing. We have waited 51 years so what is a few more months. I believe that once the defection begins, there will be a rush of defections. When the numbers are there, watch the haste in getting ZN expelled. It would be even better if the challenge of the election result for Kulim is successful and another bi-election is to be held. ZN will definitely lose the preselection and Wan Azzizah put in his place. That would be poetic justice.

Haris and Gang,
I hope you will prove to us that it is not only the welfare of Malaysians you are concerned about but the whole world, especially those affected by the actions of the rich nation. Will you help spread the message from those island nations who may soon be without a home? It is not fantasy because now for the first time, it is possible to sail through the Artic because the ice had melted. Message from Avaaz follows:
=========================
Next week, desperate due to accelerating sea level rise, a group of small islands’ leaders plan to take the unprecedented step of putting a resolution before the United Nations calling upon the Security Council itself to address climate change. Stand with these threatened people:
Sign the petition now!

========================
ear friends,
Next week, desperate due to accelerating sea level rise, a group of small islands’ leaders plan to take the unprecedented step of putting a resolution before the United Nations calling upon the Security Council itself to address climate change. Stand with these threatened people:
Sign the petition now!
Imagine the sea rising around you as your country literally disappears beneath your feet, where the food you grow and the water you drink is being destroyed by salt, and your last chance is to seek refuge in other lands where climate refugees have no official status. This is not a dream, it’s the fearful reality for millions of people who live on islands around the world, from the Maldives to Papua New Guinea.
That is why these small islands are planning the unprecedented step next week, ahead of the UN General Assembly meeting, of calling on the Security Council itself to address climate change as a pressing threat to international peace and security.
This is a creative move born of desperation, a challenge to global powers to end their complacency and tackle this lethal crisis with the urgency of wars. This effort could help shift the tenor of the world’s debate — from a far-off storm cloud to a life-threatening crisis here and how. But the island states’ campaign will meet fierce opposition from the world’s biggest polluters, so they need our help. Sign the petition now to raise a worldwide chorus of support for this call — our signatures will be presented to the UN by the islands’ ambassadors as they introduce their resolution next week:
http://www.avaaz.org/en/sos_small_islands
Arctic ice is melting so fast that, for the first time in human history, you can sail straight through the Arctic. Hurricanes and other extreme weather patterns are growing in size and number. As an Avaaz member in St. Kitts writes, “While those in the US can evacuate an area when a powerful hurricane is on its way, those of us on the islands do not have that option.” Now, small island nations — whose highest points are often only a few meters above sea level — are preparing evacuation plans to guarantee the survival of their populations.
President Remengesau of Palau, a small island in the Pacific, recently said:
Palau has lost at least one third of its coral reefs due to climate change related weather patterns. We also lost most of our agricultural production due to drought and extreme high tides. These are not theoretical, scientific losses — they are the losses of our resources and our livelihoods…. For island states, time is not running out. It has run out. And our path may very well be the window to your own future and the future of our planet”.
Beyond the islands, countries like Bangladesh — population, 150 million — face losing large parts of their landmass. The experience of our planet’s most vulnerable communities serves as a warning sign of the future world we can all expect: extreme weather growing in intensity, conflict over water and food supplies, coasts disappearing and hundreds of millions made refugees.
The more signatures we raise to be delivered to the UN next week, the more urgently this call will ring out to protect our common future. Sign now:
http://www.avaaz.org/en/sos_small_islands
The small islands’ brave campaign for survival is our campaign as well. Just as sea levels rise or fall everywhere at the same time, the choices of every person everywhere affect the future of our common home. By standing with the people at the front line of the climate crisis, we show them, and ourselves, that we recognize our fundamental shared humanity — and the responsibilities that come with it.
With hope, Ben, Iain, Alice, Paul, Graziela, Pascal, Ricken, Brett, Milena — the Avaaz team
PS: For a report on Avaaz’s campaigning so far, see:

PPS: These are the States who are sponsoring the resolution: Fiji, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, joined by Canada and Turkey.

OK. I believe Zul has to be punished in some way. But frankly at this point, DSAI is preoccupied with seizing power. You are going to have these misfits in PR at this stage.
Look even UMNO/BN is going after these people now, does DSAI have a choice eventually to get rid of misfits like these?
Now is not the time to harp on implementation weakness. Its true many are still suspicious of Anwar including myself but the man has done and is the only one able of doing a great service to this nation if he gets into power. If he does not get it all right now, its our misfortune and our responsibility to make sure he does it sooner or later.
Expect DSAI to eventually fall short. Those who think they are going to get perfection with DSAI, better readjust their thinking.

This Zul said that he is a Muslim first and a PKR member second. We Muslims are guided by the Koran and our way of living is determined by the Holy Scripture. As such we Muslims can safely claim that we are Muslims first and others come second. His claim is rather amusing he being a lawyer. WE find Zul’s behavior and speech unbecoming of a true Muslim. Being rash and irrational is not becoming of a Muslim.
As a person given the responsibility of representing PKR in Parliament, having been voted in by people of different races and religion, he should have had the common sense to steer clear of such controversial act.
He does not deserve a second chance and if selected to stand for election under the PKR banner, be boycotted by all.
We have enough morons from UMNO in the Dewan Rakyat and need not send one from PR.

Yes, that’s the right word – “rubbish”. I call him a scum. However, it would not be fair to drag in PKR for his folly.

Then the rubbish would have been discarded.

As a Kulim resident, I am absolutely offended by the Kulim MP’s remarks. His behavior was very unbecoming and very uncouth to say the least of an MP. After this incident, my friends and I have decided that he is just not fit to represent the Kulim community anymore as MP. If there is going to be any by-election in Kulim, I sincerely hope that Pakatan Rakyat will field some other capable person to replace him.

Hi, Haris,
I agree with you that this chap is a bigot and is not fit to represent the people of Kulim Bandar Bahru. He should be strongly reprimanded by PKR.In the impending by election he should not be considered at all!

Better inform PKR Chief cum PM-In-Waiting,
This joker will LOSE BIG if there is a by-election, not only is he unfit, you can bet BN will encode this videos and distribute them freely and for once, I feel it’s fully deserved if it happens even though I am a PR supporter.
Utter hyprocite and scumbag!

This bloke in my opinion is a wolf in sheep’s clothing; besides, he is like a bigotted camelion which changes its skin’s colour according to the environment.
In my view, ee is no different in both attitudinal and behavioural make-up than another UMNOputra leader. Firstly, he is a politician who often plays to the gallery to perpetuate his waning support of the masses.
He tongue is forky and cannot be trusted. The video recordings speak volumes of his character.
This could a planted mole of which PR leadership must be aware. The insiduous damage(s) he can wreak and cause to the movement can be destructive.
I think he should be sent for rehabilitation in the PKR’s boot camp for doctrinal indoctrination.
As far as I am concerned, I will keep him at arms’ length.

IMHO, this is the same reason why the PM is not pushing for Ahmad to apologize. Just as Badawi needs support for the upcoming party elections, DSAI still requires the Kulim seat. Whatmore when the seat is Malay and extremely hard to come by at times like this?

oh my goodness,
i can’t imagine him making statements as if he is going to have jihad on people who embraces other religions. even to fellow malays bro/sis who have embraced other religions.
if we think UMNO championing ketuanan melayu is evil, in his mind, i can’t imagine what other evil plans he has in “religion” cleansing in malaysia.

i respect that the rakyat is cautious who they want to put up there should PR come into power (I’m all 120% FOR IT!) but don’t you think that we should just sound out to DSAI and let him take the next course of action deemed fit? Why can’t we allow DSAI to settle one thing at a time first (heck, we allow those BN GOONS 50 years to destroy us and say nothing before!!!)??? Pre-empting things ourselves, too? Don’t worry, we shall remind DSAI from time to time and I’m very sure he’ll heed this call eventually. Meantime, forget about this ADUN cos he’ll face the music later if PR were to take over come Sept 16th. You can bet we will not forget!!!

This article was duplicated at Malaysia Today which is doing an extremely good job at keeping the rakyat informed. However, just compare the languages in the comments there and here. It is sad that RPK allows obscenities, racial and rude remarks and open himself to actions by the authorities. I just wish someone who is close to RPK can advise him to keep the rude comments out of his highly valuable blog. Unfortunately, I do not have an account there, otherwise this comment will be duplicated in the article there. I would hate to lose that valuable blog because of uncontrolled and very rude comments.

The Courage to Build a New Malaysia.
—————————————————–
The year is 2008. This is the year most Malaysians finally woke up from a deep slumber. Most Malaysians were just too busy earning their living and building up their lives to take notice that times have changed and the idealism spouted by our founding Fathers have still not been accomplished for this country even today.
It was not so long ago in 1957 and then for our fellow East Malaysians in 1963 when the ideals and dreams preached by the late Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj (Bapa Kemerdekaan and Bapa Malaysia) for Malaysia were first announced and was greeted with joy in the hearts and minds of all Malaysians. The late Tunku Abdul Rahman had a dream and ideals, just like Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Nelson Mandela and many others including the prophets over the history of mankind.
Many a times such dreams were hijacked and led astray under the guise of nationalistic, racist and religious idealism by so called politicians and self declared and appointed righteous and religious persons (Little Napoleons). Individuals who have risen to continue some of such idealisms are gagged, isolated, bankcrupted, blasphemied, rehabilitated or worst jailed, for it is deemed not in consonance with the dreams and idealism of the elected parties agendas.
Laws are legislated and passed at whim in Parliament to change the idealism of the Supreme Law of the Land (The Malaysian Constitution) and to cloak such party and individual agendas. It is true, Malaysia, conforms to the democratic process as practiced by most western countries in elections (even though tainted but unproven). But once given the trust to be elected as a leader or representative of the people, party and individual idealism overtook national idealism, and The Jeykll and Hyde personality emerged to be repeated over and over again at each and every election and by-election.
Malaysians have being led astray for so long, that what is right is blurred, what is wrong is tolerated, what is evil is condoned, what is fair is pouted as unfair, what is immoral becomes moral and corruption and close one eye need to become a part of our accepted daily lives. Jealousy, hatred, greed, racism, plundering and satanism starts to breed in Malaysian minds, and brothers, friends and fellow Malaysians were looked upon as enemies or as inferior human beings. Once a while, such nets were cast ashore to include anything to do with other countries or other races which do not belong to one’s own race or religious beliefs.
The minds and souls of Malaysians are so polluted and poisoned for so many years that it seems that Malaysia is the only all correct country and we should rule the world by our way. Examples of countries which follows Malaysia or is it we following them are, such as North Korea, Zimbabwe and Israel. What justifications can you tell your own generations or future Malaysian generations that what you are doing to fellow mankind and more so to your own fellow Malaysians that it is righteous and correct, when, it is at the expense and sufferings of your own human kind and fellow Malaysians?
Can you say to them I did it to follow the orders and teachings of God or party political agendas? Who gave you such inspirations and idealism? Do not absolve your own wicked mind and greed nor take a ride on someone else wicked mind and greed. Do not pick and choose in the Books of God nor the man-made laws to justify or suit your own twisted and idealistic minds. You can fool others due to their ignorance or emotions at some time but you can’t fool forever a man’s conscience nor your own children or hopefully one day your own when such enlightenment comes to you.
The courage to change things which are not right in Malaysia nor achieve the ideals of the Founding Fathers is not impossible. Most Malaysians have woken up to the fact that the future is going to be determined by it’s own citizens thru their own conscience guided by their own religious beliefs to live a harmonious and productive life of correctness and not the type of political, racial or religious correctness as preached.
Parties and their own agendas do not take priority over the Founding Fathers ideals and hopes of all Malaysians. Religion and principles are as a guide to your own conscience to make sure whoever is the leader do not lead Malaysians nor society astray.
For in the end, what is just and right should surely overule anything else for any leader or their party agendas.
Does your Representative of the People (Wakil Rakyat) or You! have the courage?

Keberanian Membina sebuah Malaysia Baru.
—————————————-
Adakah Wakil Rakyat kamu ataupun Kamu! mempunyai Keberanian?

Response from me, a Sarawakian, posted in MT
====
This time Bar Council should organize a forum touching directly Article 121 (1A), but please do organize it in Sarawak.
And while at that, please do highlight to the East Malaysians how their languages are described as ‘Bahasa Tarzan’.
Next, MT readers please do contribute air tickets to the 300 Talibans for them to come over here and try their antiques again, this time in Sarawak.
The people of Sarawak, land of the Head Hunters will do the cleaning this time around.
==========
This should be highlighted, please do pass the word around. Especially if you have friends from Sabah and Sarawak.
After 16th Sept, we need the 54 Sabah and Sarawak MPs to secularize Malaysia once and for all.
And owh, not to forget, Sabah and Sarawak are the 2 out of 3 state oil producer which contributes 47% income to Malaysian economy. And most of it is being use to feed the 99% Malay-Muslims in the public sector.
Melayu oh melayu. Tunggu sahaja la 16 Sept. Tak cukup kah merompak duit minyak orang-orang Tarzan ini? To many East Malaysians, Melayu dari Malaya are pendatangs and perompak.
Sarawak and Sabah really got a bad deal forming Malaysia with the Malays in Malaya. A very big mistake. Just look Singapore. They made a wise decision in jumping out. Sabah and Sarawak should have follow suit. How I wish we can turn back time!

Haris,
Like everyone else who voted for new leaders to move toward a progressive Malaysian Malaysia, we certainly didn’t want a bigot to represent us.
The strainer of PKR have leaked. I have respect for DSAI and Dr Syed Husin Ali, we went to the same polling station, we spoke too. This BC situation represented the process of democracy where those present were from all faiths but suddenly the least expected comes from a PKR elected MP.
We don’t need such people, there are many illiterate people out there who behaves and knows how to be reasonable, certainly NOT HIM.
Do you think he is for a Malaysian Malaysia? We love all the races but he does’t not.

Suadara Harris,
I am a resident of Bandar Kulim and we have voted for PKR with this traitor representing us in this area as an MP. We felt cheated by this extremist and we truly would like to ask YB Dato’ Seri Ibrahim not to field him in the coming by-election if it is coming soon. We (my family) have already write him off so don’t hope for any of our votes if you think he can gather our support again.
Zulkifli Nordin to us is like a wolf in sheep skin and we can smell it out. His blogs lies like the “arm-no” and probably he is a spy to destroy PKR.

Haris,
I’m still watching the video, and need to see it again, before I can write about what he said specifically.
Moreover, I wouldn’t wanna question the “contitutionality” of his rantings before the totally blur audience, which was designed for the camera.
Whatever said & done, This is the face of NEP education – the unthinking seige mindset, and a vulgar manner.
In general, Every decision of judges pertaining to matters of religion & human rights, is twisted using emotions, to be seen as an attack upon the religion of Islam, just because it was probably he (or his sidekicks) who lost the cases.
This is simply because he seeks an extremist platform to launch his political career, which caters to the unthinking fascists who seek power.
It is most pathetic that he could actually equate the “serban” issue, to an attack on “Islam”.
Kinda miss people like Mahathir, when faced with idiots like these …..
It is sad that Anwar shirks his duty to stand up to these simpletons, simply because he FEARS to offend these small minded people, who seeks to subscribe to democracy and the Constitution, as long as it gives them the opportunity to subvert it.
I hope Anwar sacks this guy or withdraws his PKR membership in due time – I believe he’s actually a mole, who is meant to create discord within PR.
(Unless ofcourse Anwar wishes to start a “Ketuanan Islam” if he achieves power).
Anwar will regret it one day, if he chooses to ignore this imbecile …. and the Pembela for whom he speaks – among these are power crazy guys who’ll stop at nothing, including using religion to subvert the Constitution.
It’s laughable that the Assn. he represents can have a moron like him speaking for them. And I always thought that these guys were pro-Umno since the ’88 Judicial crisis and establishment of the Syariah courts….
BTW, shouldn’t he be disbarred for some of the things he said?
Let me get back to the video now …..

Kalau dia nak cakap kepala jadah apapun kenapa hampa nak kisah?

The problem is not just Zulkifli. The freaks who wear those silly white caps have got it completely wrong about their own beliefs. Someone suggested Zulkifli shud be sent to Iran to fully enjoy his Shariah Law. Dead wrong. In Iran, Zulkifli would probably be burned at the stake as a heretic. In Iran they are Shiahs. Zulkifli is something else. The Iranian version of Shariah is different from Zulkifli’s.
What makes things worse is that both claim that their version is the best and the rightest and that it comes from God. People like Zulkifli who claim to fight for Islam tend to think that in places like Darfur in Sudan, Muslims are being killed by Christians.
In Darfur, Sudan Muslims are killing Muslims. The Arab speaking and Arab wannabe, black as charcoal Muslims in one part are fighting the non Arab speaking but Arab wannabe black as charcoal Muslims in another part.
These people cannot agree on anything, especially their Shariah. Zulkifli’s rantings about Lina Joy, Aishah Bukhari and others are just that – rantings.

Harris, Im no bigot, and I have relatives married to Chinese and Indians. I also have Christians, Buddhist and Hindu friends. But I agree with Zulkifli Nordin. He is not talking about race or insulting any other races. He is talking about ISLAM. He is talking about misrepresenting and misunderstanding of the religion. Lets us not get so freaked out about the talk. It is by a Muslim and our rights. How would the Sikhs feel if we attacked them for wearing their turban at school and saying that it is too religious and against the Constitution? How would a Sikh feel if a Muslim come and correct them on how to practice their faith??
Respect is the KEY. We respect others and the freedom to practice other religion but WE have to defend our rights as a Muslim from being trampled by those who insults our faith on the foundation of Freedom of Speech, faith bla bla..
Give us a break. Why is everyone so sensitive when it comes to Islam? Any chance to insult Islam, Muslim and non Muslim alike will bombard the comments box. Non Muslims without proper understanding would jump the bandwagon without any hesitation. WHY?
TorrentSpy,
Thank you for your comment and the courtesy with which it was presented. We need more of this calm presentation of differences of opinion.
Your viewpoint as made out in your comment in fact makes my point that Zul’s alarmist and dishonest presentation of, amongst others, the decisions of the Federal Court and efforts by the likes of Imtiaz and myself in cases like Lina Joy and Moorthy, are, unfortunately, swallowed hook, line and sinker by Muslims without further investigation.
For your benefit and the many other Muslims who have fallen for Zul’s spin-doctoring and lies, I will try to do another post and present why I say he lied in his ceramah depicted in those videos.
And I will try to present the evidence.
Please bear with me if it takes longer than I intend.

“We Muslims have been tolerant enough all this while… so many years we have been forced to live under law that is not Islam. It is time for the Muslims to speak up and I would take the lead for the Muslims to speak up”.
It is this type of rantings that has caused so much of misery to the majority. We have to also consider the other religions and beliefs and their rights, expectations, and hopes. As a country with such diversity in race and religion let us not impose our religious beliefs on others. Many of us accept the need for the forum organized by the bar council and Zul is one of the minority projecting himself as a leader for the majority.

Dear Haris
Wanted to finish watching all the six parts but could not stand beyond the first.I wonder what kind of family environment he grew up in and upbringing he received that moulded him into such an extreme bigot.I don’t think his parents are doing a good job.
Anyway, with 916 less than 2 weeks away, let’s just hope that Anwar will topple BN and after things have settle down,we shall pursue this matter more vigorously.Nothing short of a sacking from PKR is acceptable to all because he is a stumbling block towards a harmonious multireligious and multiracial Malaysia which we all dream of.

Haris,
This is the same people who claimed to uphold Article 153 Federal Constitution which, according to their narrow minded interpretation is all about “ketuanan Melayu’.
Why don’t they read again the said article.
Reproduce;
‘It shall be the responsibility of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to safeguard the special position of the Malays and natives of any of the States of Sabah and Sarawak and the legitimate interests of other communities in accordance with the provisions of this Article.’
With that, the action of one Taliban, Mullah Zulkipli is therefore illegal and against the Federal Constitution and therefore he should be charged for treason against the State.
Mullah Zulkifli is a traitor. Go back to Afghanistan!

To Be Or Not To Be, That is the Question. (Nak jadi ke tak jadi, Itu Soalannya)
——————————————————
Phrase from William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Prince of Denmark
To be, or not to be, that is the Question:
Whether ’tis Nobler in the minde to suffer
The Slings and Arrowes of outragious Fortune,
Or to take Armes against a Sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them: to dye, to sleepe
No more; and by a sleepe, to say we end
The Heart-ake, and the thousand Naturall shockes
That Flesh is heyre too? ‘Tis a consummation
Deuoutly to be wish’d. To dye to sleepe,
To sleepe, perchance to Dreame; I, there’s the rub,
For in that sleepe of death, what dreames may come,
When we haue shuffel’d off this mortall coile,
Must giue vs pawse. There’s the respect
That makes Calamity of so long life:
For who would beare the Whips and Scornes of time,
The Oppressors wrong, the poore mans Contumely,
The pangs of dispriz’d Loue, the Lawes delay,
The insolence of Office, and the Spurnes
That patient merit of the vnworthy takes,
When he himselfe might his Quietus make
With a bare Bodkin? Who would Fardles beare
To grunt and sweat vnder a weary life,
But that the dread of something after death,
The vndiscouered Countrey, from whose Borne
No Traueller returnes, Puzels the will,
And makes vs rather beare those illes we haue,
Then flye to others that we know not of.
Thus Conscience does make Cowards of vs all,
And thus the Natiue hew of Resolution
Is sicklied o’re, with the pale cast of Thought,
And enterprizes of great pith and moment,
With this regard their Currants turne away,
And loose the name of Action.

What have you all done to solve This:
– remaja Islam yang menjadi mat rempit, Bohsia dan kadar anak luar nikah yang tinggi ( I deal with Malay teenagers and I can tell you Hikayat 1001 malam of cases which is really alarming and frightening!!!)
Pleaselah…. jadi manusia dulu sebelum jadi Islam!

Cukup susah nak cari calon untuk bertanding atas tiket PKR semasa pilihanraya lepas. Nak cari ahli pun payah.
Most comments above come from deep hatred. Not really on the specific issue.

Dr. Mahathir persoal kenapa Melayu sahaja perlu minta maaf
PUTRAJAYA 4 Sept.
Azan dijadikan duet lagu cinta.
”Apakah mereka dikehendaki memohon maaf? Apakah pemimpin mereka dikehendaki memohon maaf? Jauh sekali.
