Uthayakumar’s sedition trial opens at the Sessions Court, Kuala Lumpur.
This is at the new Jalan Duta Kuala Lumpur Court Complex.
Trials are usually stated to start at 9am, so you can expect that Uthayakumar will be brought into court well before that time.
I am unable to confirm which court this is in, but it should be on level 4.
The sedition laws are used to silence legitimate dissent.
Lend your support to Uthayakumar as he has to face the ordeal of this trial by your presence in court.

We can all support Uthayakumar by being at the court tomorow as we did for RPK. Let show support to this man who has sacrificed his life for a good cause.
Long Live Makkal Sakthi!

well haris,
uthaya kumar is an example of selfless service to the stated cause. no happy hours, no brunches and certainly no squeezes. a relentless pursuit towards making a little bit better a life for the down-trodden. he is there with rpk for having pricked our consciousness towards forming a better nation, though rpk lit the fire first. his only problem was to champion the cause of a particularly much maligned race. to each his way but destiny remains the same. equal hay under the malaysian sun for all. both rpk and uk(pun intended) deserves our support, prayers and good wishes for all their stolen moments, stolen weekends, stolen speaks and stolen liberty. all for the sake of us malaysian. rpk is certainly ‘bapa malaysia baru’ whereas uk can obviously claim the title of ‘the real sang kancil’. just imagine the effect when these two diverse forces converged. imagine…

The right place for this biggot is not Kemunting but Jaffna where he is free to pursue his terror cause.

Hero, Nah
He mislead the whole community.
He stoked their emotion by raising Temple issues.
He never bothered to tell Indian fundamental flaws within the community that had led to the current situation.
Makkal Shakthi is only relevant if Makkal (people) think thoroughtly and act, not when they react based on emotions and not facts.
Have done some analysis on HINDRAF based on own experience living in estates. Please visit my blog (Aug/Sept/OCt archive)

Hindraf claimed that : “APPEAL FOR U.K TO MOVE EMERGENCY U.N RESOLUTION CONDEMNING “ETHNIC CLEANSING” IN MALAYSIA”
I may not support the present Government BUT Should I support this LIAR? Never!

Despite the conundrum and the brahuha of the memorandum etc., Hindraf has not ruled out violence..

he was detained in a draconian manner, yes
but i think the memorandum submitted is truly trailed with many untrue allegations, ie. i don’t think malaysia is backed by a terrorist islamic organisation performing ethnic cleansing on the indian race? what kind of BS is that…?!

While it is erstwhile to debate what Hindraf stands for, and whether its actions are correct, or even representative, surely there can be no dispute as to whether this man, Uthayakumar (UK)should be incarcerated under the ISA? And having to face charges of sedition on top of that?
Let us unite for his release on that score alone!
